Went for a 10pm pickup single mediums cheese pizza and two dips, watched an employee pull his pants down and get changed into his street clothes,( nice boxers btw) then we got our pizza we left a tip even though the lady seemed like she couldn’t be bothered by the customers and THEN got home to find a slice of za got taken off and it’s pretty noticeable lol probs won’t be back, two stars because the dips were nice

Pizza was really good (for big box store). Crust was cooked well, cheese was plentiful, toppings were all there with a good amount. I didn't think it was that busy there but the staff seemed stressed, short answers between employees, firm tone when they did speak to each other. But in all honesty the pizza was very good and we will be back.

Gotta love getting a flyer in the mail from a pizza place literally called "241 Pizza" and not a SINGLE ITEM or Special in theyre flyer has a 2 for ANYTHING deal lol . Everything is single pizza deals. Is this some kind of a sick joke?

Order pizza online from 241 on little Ave. Showed up with only half the order, meanwhile the receipt clearly says second pizza. But the was no first pizza, delivery person said its not our fault its head offices fault. Leaves to have to retrieve the other part of the order. I called and spoke to customer service for 241 and noticed the error immediately and said that the order would be redone. So I called the location because I didn't want them to do the second pizza that was missing as a courteous gesture as the customer service person was replacing the order. Got nothing but discuss and attitude from the girl on the phone. Absolutely ignorant, we have been very faithful customers to 241 and especially ially this location. I can honestly say will not be ordering from that place anymore.

Love this place. Great pizza, decent pricing. Not gonna lie, I love the pepperoni placement!Had a slight issue one time where onions were put under cheese, so they still were a bit too crunchy, but it was still decent. I just chalked it up to assume they were training someone new. Regardless, I have ordered pizza from here a couple dozen times, and that was the only hiccup. Keep up the good work, staff!

Tonight I ordered the garlic cheddar bacon loaf! I was pretty excited… I ordered it previously and it was really good. the fact I been thinking about it for a few weeks now, I get it home with a side of lasagna from coccelis pizza which was absolutely amazing, Figured it was time for some garlic bread and to be generous it was 50 percent cooked. I was surprised cause when I walked in the young woman told me it was being put through a second time! I called nicely to notify the store that the dough was not cooked through that it was still half raw still sticky to the touch under the cheese I was told the customers like it that way next time ask for well done…. I just wanted my food to be cooked? I tried to salvage it and put it in my oven for It to only burn and still be really moist into the centre not edible unfortunately I was so disappointed as last time it was a nice crispy deep dish. I am more then willing to give people a chance to make things right accidents happen… but when I paid you descent money for a product you sell, I expect good quality standard foods. I would have returned over and over to your restaurant. you did not care to fix my order so I will not be returning as a customer. This location is disappointing and the neighborhood says a lot about it. ?Little avenue location….

Been coming here since I was a kid, great pizza and the service is outstanding.Leah is a great worker she always has a smile and is so kind when I come into the store. The owners are so kind and you will always see them there working their butts off for the pizza shop.
