Order pizza online from 241 on little Ave. Showed up with only half the order, meanwhile the receipt clearly says second pizza. But the was no first pizza, delivery person said its not our fault its head offices fault. Leaves to have to retrieve the other part of the order. I called and spoke to customer service for 241 and noticed the error immediately and said that the order would be redone. So I called the location because I didn't want them to do the second pizza that was missing as a courteous gesture as the customer service person was replacing the order. Got nothing but discuss and attitude from the girl on the phone. Absolutely ignorant, we have been very faithful customers to 241 and especially ially this location. I can honestly say will not be ordering from that place anymore.

Love this place. Great pizza, decent pricing. Not gonna lie, I love the pepperoni placement!Had a slight issue one time where onions were put under cheese, so they still were a bit too crunchy, but it was still decent. I just chalked it up to assume they were training someone new. Regardless, I have ordered pizza from here a couple dozen times, and that was the only hiccup. Keep up the good work, staff!

Tonight I ordered the garlic cheddar bacon loaf! I was pretty excited… I ordered it previously and it was really good. the fact I been thinking about it for a few weeks now, I get it home with a side of lasagna from coccelis pizza which was absolutely amazing, Figured it was time for some garlic bread and to be generous it was 50 percent cooked. I was surprised cause when I walked in the young woman told me it was being put through a second time! I called nicely to notify the store that the dough was not cooked through that it was still half raw still sticky to the touch under the cheese I was told the customers like it that way next time ask for well done…. I just wanted my food to be cooked? I tried to salvage it and put it in my oven for It to only burn and still be really moist into the centre not edible unfortunately I was so disappointed as last time it was a nice crispy deep dish. I am more then willing to give people a chance to make things right accidents happen… but when I paid you descent money for a product you sell, I expect good quality standard foods. I would have returned over and over to your restaurant. you did not care to fix my order so I will not be returning as a customer. This location is disappointing and the neighborhood says a lot about it. ?Little avenue location….

out of 23 years of living, i personally don’t remember my first time walking into 241 pizza. john and mike basically watched me grow up and always been so great to myself and my family. since i basically known them my whole life they feel like family to me. the breadsticks and 3 cheese blend pizza is my main go to. a few years ago i was being chased by someone and i ran into 241 for help. the employees called the police and kept me in the store to ensure i was safe until the police arrived. for a small owned business i would most definitely say they look out for there customers and make sure everyone is happy. id recommend them before any other pizza shop in barrie! thank you for everything john and mike! you and the staff are the best. ?☺️

My favourite pizza spot! Barrie 241 is conveniently located on the way up to my cottage and I always have to stop by when I go up. The pizza is always delicious and the staff is always friendly and kind. Couldn't reccomend more!

Owner chewed out employee in front of me for 54 cent increase in price that she had not entered into cash register because no one told her that the price had gone up. This is a real dumb way to tell your staff and keep customers. No wonder these places can't keep staff.
Today Thursday Aug 31, 2023, at 1:25Pm the guy I talked to set an order hung up my phone-call because he said he is too busy. What a mess of customer service!!! I live around the corner and I promise I will never order food from this place. Have a nice BUSY day Sr.

I had a terrible experience here. The staff was unfriendly from the get go. My friend is a vegetarian, but I love meat, so I got pepperoni and bacon on one half and veggies on the other. They make you pay extra to split the pizza in half, which is fine EXCEPT for the fact that they gave me a full pepperoni and bacon pizza. I called them when I noticed but they said that because I had already left the store, there was “nothing they could do about it”. They were also extremely rude the entire phone call. So my friend had to go out and grab a slice from Pizza Pizza while I sat there eating a mud-grade pizza in front of her. 1/5 stars for order accuracy, 1/5 stars for customer service, (generous) 3/5 stars for overall taste.
