Stopped at the A&W in the ONroute Barrie location and had a really good experience. The service was quick and friendly, and everything came out fresh and hot. The Teen Burger I ordered was delicious — juicy patty, fresh toppings, and the bun was soft and warm. Fries were crispy and perfectly salted, and the root beer was ice cold, just the way it should be.
Great spot to grab a bite while traveling — convenient, clean, and consistently tasty. Definitely one of the better fast food options on the highway!

I visited this location today around 1 PM, which is typically a busy time, and I was genuinely impressed by both the service and the quality of the food. Despite the lunchtime rush, the staff remained attentive, friendly, and efficient. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to see such a high standard maintained during peak hours. A truly pleasant dining experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolute garbage. The food was garbage and because I threw out the receipt that I was to use for them to call my order thinking why would I need that when they are supposed to have it in the bag…. So when you go back for a refund OF COURSE they won’t refund you cause you don’t have the receipt that they never put in the bag? Yup that makes sense. Steer clear of this garage establishment.
