Horrible experience related to dining on full breakfasts. Eggs done wrong, had to beg for things like utensils, S&P, jam and butter. Instead of small coffees, we got large coffees that we didn't want. We were jipped! Bad service and bad cooking.
I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience at this A&W. My order was wrong, and because of the mistake, I ended up with food that contained ingredients I am allergic to. This could have been avoided if more care and attention were given when preparing orders. Not only was this frustrating, but it also put my health at risk.
Food allergies are serious, and customers rely on restaurants to handle orders correctly. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, and I hope management takes action to improve staff training and accuracy to prevent this from happening again.
