I feel this is very important to share. Earlier this week, I had went inside for take out, I ordered two meals for myself and my partner. Service was a bit slow but that was okay, as I stood there waiting, I observed 3 meals made before mines and I also watched mine (the fourth meal) be made. I was shocked to see that no one in the food handling facility was wearing gloves. The line cooks, (2 females and one male) that were visible from my point of view, each were touching all 4 meals, with their uncovered hands. I seen a female in particular who was dressing the burgers customers had ordered, and using her bare hands to touch the cheese, lettuce, the buns and wrapping the burger in its seal. I was so shocked. This exact employee even was using her exposed hands to touch the buns baking in the warmer rather than using proper tongs/PPE to get the buns out the hot warmer. She was clearly patting the bread feeling to see if it was warm and then proceeded to take the buns out with her exposed hands. It’s clear that they made a choice to wear no gloves nor-uphold cleanly practices during their work stations. Hoping this can seek attention as basic food safety measures aren’t being taken. The owner or team representative, needs to ensure their workers are protected and have these things in place actually being done, not just provided to them. Please re train your staff on proper food handling and best practices.

We just ordered food from here and although they had completely gotten our order wrong (literally 5/5 burgers wrong), they were quick to fix it. 5 stars because I'm utterly exhausted, with a hangry family and I'm just incredibly grateful for their kindness and assistance when I felt like I was on the brink of tears. Thank you!

The A&W staff are very unprofessional. There are always only 2 people working and don't take well over 10 min to take your order then when they do it takes them another 5+ just to make a. Simple buddy burger.

VERY DISGUSTING!!! They served the food with bare hands and have no hair nets. Both crews even looked me in the eye as if we were stupid. I should have take photos and videos on how they handle foods. Is this how A&W restaurants served their customer?

Waited 20 minutes for food in drive through. Had to go inside to ask for it. Waited 10 minutes inside for someone to server me. Food was cold. 10 other people were waiting for orders as well. Delivered orders were wrong for those customers. Staff was unable or unwilling to do their jobs. Barrie st. Vincent location
Terrible location, made us wait with 3 other cars for our food when they weren't busy at all. Lazy and not professional (decided to stop and chat with the front guys with our food before coming out). Was 7pm and didn't have any customers.

Nonsense staff dont have sense to talk to a customer Arguing on a call for an order and cancelling themselves and saying the store is closed even if the store is open 24hours totalling arguing like cats and dogs worst staff ever. Lady and a guy who picked call were not professional and were very rude.
