Waiting way too long for a medium French fries, the wife had ordered from cheezed in the corner and was not only served before me but was sitting down and eating before I was served

Just got breakfast.
So greasy. Not toasted. Got a muffin instead of a bun. Everything is only just warm. Didn’t supply any napkins.
No pride in the making of this sandwich. Won’t be back.
Better off to hit up breakfast at another food chain. Not worth the $$.

They open at 10 , at 11 the place looks dirty inside. So one would assume the kitchen is no better.
Im sad because I like their coffee etc
Come on A & W please do better.

Burgers were small and barely any toppings. Not worth the money. Also flat root beer. Brought to the employees attention and she said “that’s how it is”

It was a very good experience at A&W. The food was ready within 5 minutes and all the items were fresh and tasty and the service was also very good. Special thanks to Manik, will come back for sure.

Had a great experience with a remarkable young lady helping me today. I’ve had some negative experiences at this location but when I see her there I’m happy to go grab lunch knowing she will help me no problem! Friendly and professional. Last time I ordered from her and I wasn’t happy she was so fast to help me and now I make sure if I choose where to eat I make sure I go there if she’s behind the counter! Thank you Rebecca!

Horrible service, atmosphere smelled like manure, gave me the wrong order and made me pay double JUST to correct my order. Horrible people got my order wrong and made me pay for it.

None of the employees were wearing gloves even the one who handles food was doing it bare handed. And the guy at the billing who picked everyone’s food had a very big bandage on his palm hand and didn’t bother to wear gloves. The food tasted bad and had to wait very long for getting it.

Very poor customer service from Jagjeet S, there were two systems to order at the counter, he came and stood on the other one instead of where i was waiting since 5 mins then he didn’t even bother to say anything, when i asked if the one where i was standing wasn’t working, he simply said both are working while still standing there . And the when i finally order he didn’t gave me the receipt where i could check my order number, when i asked for one he said he’s gonna give the order like that.
