The place is huge and they welcomed us as if they could take care of us. They kept us waiting for 40 minutes until we went to politely ask how much longer they were taking, because we were with 2 small children. The attendant at the door told us they have to wait or else they have every right to leave (in a very bad manner, without even apologizing for the long wait).The justification was that they had a group of 14 people and that the kitchen was busy. We only knew that when the problem occurred. If you don't have the capacity to serve so many people, don't accept them. And if you are going to accept them, you tell the clients that there is a wait and how long, and then the clients are responsible and decide whether they stay or not, but do not disrespect other people's time and, on top of that, be rude.We were 7 people who were going to place a big order and therefore a big tip that they stopped earning. Because there was also a horrible storm and the idea was to spend it there, so the consumption was going to be large.I am visiting and I was very excited to be in a completely Canadian environment and try typical dishes, unfortunately it did not happen due to this incident.There is a clear service/staff problem that must be solved.Anyway, I can continue with the complaint, but it's really not worth making the trip any more miserable.
