Today I ate at Anderson's Kitchen! To say it was amazing is an understatement, I had the fried chicken, rice and coleslaw and was very pleased with everything. The food was incredible and so were the people! I will definitely be eating there again soon! Thank you for the wonderful food!

Eat here if you like microwaved, old and soggy food. The coleslaw was a few days old and was grey. The chicken and rice tasteless and inedible Ended in the trash and I gas to grab something else from a store next door Very disappointing - visited March 10th, 2025 at lunch time
I grew up eating Carribbean food so I'm a pretty hard sell . I will say this - if you like a more mild palette in terms of flavor and spice , this place is GREAT. I have enjoyed EVERYTHING I've had from Anderson's. I also love that they make the authentic rice and peas ( made with coconut milk ) opposed to white rice like the other places that skimp on authenticity . The jerk chicken was cooked perfectly ( though mild , I was hoping for more heat ) coleslaw was delicious and rice and peas were perfect . This place also has excellent goat . 8/10 Will go back .

I have enjoyed each item I have tried here. The fried chicken is crispy without being greasy. I don't know how they do it. The rice is very tasty. The Sloppy Lasagna is surprisingly yummy. The coleslaw has just the right amount of dressing. Counter service rather than eat-in. I will be back with thanks.
Very good food, I’ve ordered food twice, and it was excellent both times. Seveyn has phenomenal hospitality, her and her husband makes such good food. The porridge she made was also on point ?. Big thanks to Seveyn and her husband. I will be back for more.

I grabbed dinner there last night, and the jerk seasoning and the rice and peas reminded me being back in Jamaica. It was excellent and I’ll be returning regularly.
I have to say I have never read so many mixed reviews about a restaurant before. But, I have to say our food was delicious and after trying I believe every Jamaican restaurant in Barrie this place is the best. We ordered the rice, chicken oxtail and coleslaw for dinner. Tastes great and had leftovers for the next day and it still was good. The spices on the food are extremely flavourful, loved it!! Will definitely go back.
This was the worst food I have ever had, the jerk tasted sweet, the chicken curry was so dry, the Pattie was definitely microwaved, and I don’t know what the dough ball was supposed to be, it was like a brick, I added the second star only because they were very friendly

The food was so delicious. Great amount of food for the price. Getting more another time, when I can. They were so friendly and helpful. Very clean.
Parking: I was able to get a parking spot because it was later in the night. Not sure how parking would be during the day.
