Today I ate at Anderson's Kitchen! To say it was amazing is an understatement, I had the fried chicken, rice and coleslaw and was very pleased with everything. The food was incredible and so were the people! I will definitely be eating there again soon! Thank you for the wonderful food!
I grew up eating Carribbean food so I'm a pretty hard sell . I will say this - if you like a more mild palette in terms of flavor and spice , this place is GREAT. I have enjoyed EVERYTHING I've had from Anderson's. I also love that they make the authentic rice and peas ( made with coconut milk ) opposed to white rice like the other places that skimp on authenticity . I have enjoyed each item I have tried here. The fried chicken is crispy without being greasy. I don't know how they do it. The rice is very tasty. The Sloppy Lasagna is surprisingly yummy. The coleslaw has just the right amount of dressing. Counter service rather than eat-in. I will be back with thanks.
