Food is always good, and I usually don’t have issues with this place, but this visit I asked for chicken tossed in sauce, which they use a container to toss the chicken in. She pulled out this used container from under the counter that looked old and very used. The container had lots of chunky left over sauce from previous customers, a new bin should be used for each customer. Girl was nice about it, and cooked new chicken for me and used a new container, but the owner should definitely talk to their staff about not being lazy and cleaning the containers for each customer, instead of reusing one for the whole day.

I had a very upsetting experience at this location. After picking up an uber order, one of the staff member used abusive language in his own language toward me when I was leaving the store. This kind of behaviour is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from someone working in customer service. What makes the situation even more concerning is that the same staff member one Mr Ishan had previously damaged my car during last winter, and I did not expect to face this kind of attitude from him again. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect. I sincerely hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures this does not happen to anyone else.

Ordered pickup from Burritos boyz and everything was perfect! My food was ready right on time, still warm, and packed neatly. The burrito was fresh, flavorful, and full of great ingredients — exactly how I ordered it. Staff were friendly and efficient when I went to pick it up. Super easy and quick experience — definitely ordering again soon!

I always enjoy my food. I especially like the pineapple salsa which I think is unique to these chains. Nice staff.
Food was great. Prep time for delivery was not fast, food was cold by the time it arrived. I can deal with all that but how can one order be so large ? [ full serving of fries ] and the other order only have 11? Thats upsetting.

Not authentic at all 😬 unfortunately I do not recommend ( steak quesadilla) didn't end up eating it sadly. Sauce is definitely frozen and watered down to the point of being undippable steak was tough, cut was awful 😞
