Stopped there on my way home on Thursday. The server was cordial, as expected, and efficient. Ordered a medium barbacoa burrito. The toppings were fresh and the ancho chipotle sauce was delicious. The portion was the same size as any other of the fast food Mexican franchises. I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere since it didn't have a strong vibe to it (decor,music), but I was there for the food and will go back. Hasta que nos encontremos de nuevo

For an 18$ bowl you would expect the rice to be cooked and give a decent portion.Way to cheap on the meat. Store was dead when I walked it but still gave them a chance.Rice was way undercooked and the amount of steak they put for the price is laughable.

Last time I went there the service was terrible they were training a new employee and we were on our lunch brake but instead of letting her handle the online orders they had her work on the store front she did her best the 2nd employee could tell we were in a time crunch and did nothing to help and after all of that my chips were stale not the first time I’ve had issues with this place but it will be the last….

One of the cheap owner and ethic-less staff. It seems the owner wants to get rich quickly as they r cutting the toppings and quantity. We ordered two regular burritos and the serving we got was less than small burrito. I eat bar burrito 4-5 times a week, i have seen may places who cuts the portion sizes but this particular location they r on next level. Even tho after telling staff they did not pay attention to burrito topping portion.

Tbh not that great. Their vegan option is a veggie crumble I believe, and it’s pretty bland. Quantity size is also very poor. And they barely have any vegan sauces aside from hot sauce and BBQ sauce.

The Crunchy Chicken Burrito with Frank's RedHot Sauce is awesome. The tender-juicy chicken was perfectly saturated in Buffalo. Add some Jalapeno Eclipse sauce to enhance. The kids meals have great portions but it would be cool if they had a kids size burrito bowl. It's a great place for lunch. The bathroom has a design flaw with the door where it forces you to stand between the wall and toilet. They need to flip the door to open outward. The overall valued experience here is good

Been eating at this place pretty much every 2 weeks for the last year, always place the order in their website, before use to get there and just pick up the food at the time they said, lately I get there at the time they say and have to wait 20 mins at least, service is super slow and when you complaint about the wait the answer is kind rude , food is great, but place a order ahead and then have to wait 20 mins every time makes me start thinking that should go buy food somewhere else! And for the owner or person that will respond to this review, the use of a standard message for all the reviews that have something less positive to say about your business means that you don’t care about your customers
