Very expensive. Really do not know how a family of 4 could afford this place. Last time for me. Double scoop and believe me very small scoops I got big mistake chocolate dip waffle cone they must be 5 or more dollars 35 dollars for two ice cream cones is horrible a real shame.

Went to this store on a very hot day. The store was very well air conditioned and clean. The staff member was friendly and efficient. She let us taste the new flavours promptly and happily. Service is so important for any experience of customers. And I would always prefer giving my business to places who have friendly service.

Got an icecream cake labeled “world class chocolate” for a birthday party and halfway until we were eating we realized that it had peanut butter in it. I have 2 seniors at the party who were allergic to peanut butter. Thankfully nothing went wrong. However i did spend a good $50 dollars on it thinking it was a world class chocolate cake. Very disappointed.

The server on Sunday before close was the sweetest girl. I think her name was Guval (but I could be wrong). I have an allergy and she was very helpful in making sure no cross-contamination happened. Lovely employee!

The ice cream flavours blended well together as the birthday girl asked for half of one flavour and half of another flavour in the cake.I ordered by phone. I will order again. I've never smelled body odour quite like these employees. Absolutely disgusting. I attended in February 2023 to price out a medium-sized birthday cake. $79.99! For a birthday cake! Read that again! $79.99 for a medium sized birthday cake. Almost as disgusting as the smell.
