We ordered an ice cream cake well in advance and this is what we got... see photos for the disappointing thing they call a birthday cake for My daughter the writing was very small almost unreadable.... never will I go to this location again they are absolutely terrible... they should maybe try a new profession

Edit to reply to manager response: Ordering a cake is a time sensitive issue for the store and the customer, if a manager wasn't going to be available for 24hours then I should have been advised of that. It was exactly 24hours before you called me back, and by then it was far too late to order the cake. I explained to the staff member exactly what I wanted for the cake and she said "no, that's 44.99." The cake I got from the Bayfield location was a fudge cake, with beautiful roses on it, and they wrote a happy birthday message, so I'm not sure what decorations at your location are costing an extra $8. Needless to say, Bayfield location was great and saved the day!
Regarding the location on Barrie View Dr in Barrie - They charge $8 more then the Baskin Robbins on Bayfield for the exact same 9" cake. Asked for a manager, one was not available but said he would call me. By the next afternoon I still had not received a call. Called again and said I need the manager to call, I'm running out of time to order the cake. Still have not received a call. Will not waste my time or give my business to a place that charges more money for the exact same item and has terrible customer service. Order from Bayfield!

I went into this Ice Cream shop this afternoon with a couple of friends and was not impressed. When we arrived there were 2 employees out front, the young lady working began to help my friends and the young man was working on cones to the side. As the young lady went from helping one friend of mine to the other another customer came into the store. The young man stopped what he was doing and went over to help her and and as he did I saw another staff member to the side. After 15 minutes of waiting I was never addressed, looked at or helped in any way. Even asking "Are you all together?" or saying "We will be with you in a minute" would have been welcomed. I believe that good customer service is very important and as such decided to not get anything and quietly left with my friends. If you aren't willing to assist or acknowledge me but will help people who came in after then you don't deserve my business.

SCAM ALERT BEWARE!They claim they dont take credit card and debit card. They only take etransfer and cash! To top things off they dont even provide with a recepit even when asked! What kind of a baskin robins is this?Will be reporting to headoffice

I ordered a double scoop strawberry cheese cake. I did not get a double scoop. It does not taste like other locations. The cheese sticks are not much as well. You are not getting what you are paying for. Try other locations.
We pretty much go this place twice a month for after dinner ice creams. Ice creams are good flavour. Service is ok, most of the time staff doesn’t care or not very friendly. No upselling or suggestions and lack of flavour knowledge. But overall good place to end your day to have ice cream.
I use to love Baskin Robbin’s, and it had been a few years since I’ve been. I ordered the hot brownie Sunday this past weekend. As you can see by the photo, it was underwhelming. The hot fudge was not poured over the ice cream as it should be, and the portions were very small for a $9 Sunday… I can’t recommend this location.
