Great service and great staff

August 8/25. Was looking forward to an ice cream treat after dinner. While waiting to be served, the young man behind the counter kept running his fingers through his hair. Then he touched food product. Like ice cream cones. I lost my appetite and left. I told him why I was leaving, And the young woman working with him said something that was incoherent. Too many of these businesses have no concept of obvious hygiene. So disappointed

I think previous reviews regarding customer service were taken to heart. Visited today, August 7, with my 6yo, very indecisive daughter. She wanted to try multiple ice creams. I was apologetic but staff said not to worry, that she could try as many as she wanted.
After 4, she settled on bubble gum, which I thought she might not finish, as it's quite sweet.
As we were sitting at our table, the gentleman that assisted us asked if she ended up liking it - I replied that, as suspected, she didn't. He promptly asked if it was ok to offer her something else, and she chose a sherbet and ate it all.
We live in Innisfil but will be definitely making the trip to come visit again for our next ice cream fix!

This is our go to spot for the kids. The staff and owner are always welcoming and amazing every time we come in and I only order cakes here for my kids birthdays. It’s a great place to visit.

So many issues with this location. I am not going back this time. I honestly blame the franchisee. The workers are only as good as the standard they have to follow but the owner of this location is just outright rude.

Response to owner is at the bottom. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first and definitely last time at this location. While I was waiting to order, a family ahead of me dropped their ice cream right in front of the staff. One of the parents picked it up and explained what happened, expecting some kind of response.. but the workers just stared at them blankly. No offer to remake it, no apology, nothing. Eventually, the family gave up and asked for a spoon to scrape off the dirt.

When it was my turn, I tried to give the workers the benefit of the doubt. I gently explained that the situation wasn’t handled well and suggested what they could’ve done. I tried more than once. The responses I got were:
1. A blank stare.
2. An awkward “Oh no, we’re so sorry about that,” followed by them turning away and exchanging looks.
3. A comment that “if the family had asked for a new cone, they would’ve given it.”

They shouldn’t have to ask. Good service means stepping in when something clearly goes wrong. This location lacks basic customer service and empathy.

Ice cream is great as always but the customer service not so much at this location. While the girl helping us was ok the other girl was rude as hell giving nasty looks the whole time we were there and they weiged our ice cream which ive never seen at any other location ive been to in Canada. If you're buying a large fresh pack for almost 20 bucks they usually pack it in good but here they literally weigh it to make sure you're not getting a good deal. I'm sick of these foreign invaders looking down on Canadian people at every restaurant or shop we go to with gross looks on their faces and scamming. If you don't like Canadian people get out of our country its that simple

C mon guys DO BETTER!!! paid for 2 scoop ice cream in a cup got one scoop..ice cream had ice crystals old ice cream and didnt off me a bag or a spoon and a napkin. Low vibration establishment no smile no personality. Safe your money people you better off with a $6 Hagen Daz pfft. CHEAP!!!!

The girl is barely moving her but while there are both, online and people are staying in line.

The ice cream I got tasted like chemicals and had ice crystals throughout. My wife’s banana split was so melted and leaking in the bag and isn’t an authentic banana split. I will never order from here again.

Just celebrated my 20th with a cake from Baskin Robbins, couldn’t have been happier with it! 4 stars because it was a little pricey.
