We knew we had found a gem when the 4 of us walked inside Bloom Bistro & Bar Aug 24th enroute to our Girls Getaway weekend. The decor, the paintings, the beautiful menu's and the wonderful conversations with Nalini, the owner, she is unforgettable! The food was exquisite with every mouthful popping with freshness and flavor. This will be our Barrie Brunch place each time we visit. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

First-time visitors to Bloom Bistro and it was an absolute delight! Fresh, high-quality, and delicious whole foods made our girl’s brunch so special. Nalini catered to us with such care and attention to detail. We loved the tofu scramble, zucchini omelette, breakfast bruschetta, and avo toast with smoked salmon. Everything was beautifully prepared and flavourful. We’ll definitely be back again!!!

Super disappointed about our experience here. We waited almost 20 mins to get our orders taken. Waited another hour for our food to come out. Didn't even get water or our drinks while we waited. They didn't even bring us cutlery, I had to go to the bar and get it myself. Don't know why they don't have cutlery ready on the tables. The Awakening smoothie tasted like water. Waffles were soggy and cold. Tofu scramble was underwhelming. Our side order of home fries never even came out. Unsure as to why the service was so slow and disorganized, as this was just a regular day, not a holiday or special occasion. The food is not worth the wait or lack of service. The staff have no sense of awareness as to what is going on. Being understaffed is not an excuse, you should be prepared for busy afternoons. Will not be coming back.
