Despite all the negative reviews, my experience was on the other end of the spectrum. Staff were friendly, made my order quickly, and my smoothie came out tasting pretty good. I'll be coming back again!

Only 1 person working while you hear loud talking and laughing coming from the back room. Not very professional and obviously not concerned about the pace at which orders are taken especially when they’re busy. Not the first time I’ve seen this either!!

Normally this location is fine, but twice now in the last week I've gotten my regular smoothie and it's been like a cup of milk. Not frozen and very milky with little taste. It also stinks inside the store for some reason like a dirty well used bathroom. I dunno if it's the summer staff now or what, but I'll avoid this one for a while.

Paid $10 for a “smoothie” and got pure liquid with fruit and ice chunks at the bottom. What a waste of money.. Liquid lasts seconds where as sipping on a smoothie it at least lasts a while.
