This is my daughter's favourite place. We drove all the way from Collingwood to go here. We tried Very Berry this time, and we will be getting it again for sure. The lady who served us was very friendly, and we had a great conversation while waiting for our drinks to be made. She shared her favourite kind, Berry Cream, I think. I'll try it next time. Thanks for the wonderful service and delicious drinks.

I visited the Booster Juice location at 367 Cundles Rd E, Barrie around 3:10 PM, hoping to enjoy a quick drink, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While I was taking a moment to look at the menu, the staff member behind the counter laughed and gave me a strange look, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect patience and professionalism, not judgment or dismissive behaviour when deciding what to order.
I ended up ordering a 30ml lemon and ginger shot. Just before serving it, I noticed the server was putting her hands inside her pants and then proceeded to handle my order without wearing gloves or using hand sanitizer. This raised serious concerns about hygiene. Cleanliness and safe food handling are basic expectations in any food and beverage setting, and I found the lack of attention to these standards unacceptable.
Overall, I was dissatisfied with both the customer service and hygiene practices during my visit. I hope Booster Juice management at this location takes this feedback seriously and ensures better staff training to improve professionalism and sanitation moving forward.
Lastly, a message for the staff member — please avoid unnecessary laughing at customers. It’s unprofessional and makes people feel uncomfortable. A little courtesy and respect go a long way.

The staff are always very friendly are are also helpful when recommending drinks and with Promos. It's clean and a pleasant experience. I really enjoy the Funky Monkey, however, I do try other drinks also.

Worst customer service by the supervisor, she kept the drinks on table and didn’t even tell. We specifically asked for no lemon and she didn’t agree that she put it. She purposely added extra ginger to make it bitter and charged for beets and didn’t add enough.Worst flavour juice ever served. We asked for refund and she says she can’t. Like why are you in this industry when you can’t serve customers with happiness. It happened around 8.15pm. Never going back to this location.
Stopped in to get a cold drink as my car doesn't have AC and I was dying today on my way back up to Muskoka. Whoever the young women were that were working today (June 29th at around 6pm), they were awesome and deserve a raise!!! I will come back to this location just because of their customer service! and my smoothie was great!!
