Was passing by and thought I’d drop in for a coffee ,so glad I did! The server was super attentive, and the coffee was fresh and hot. Really enjoyed the quick stop.

Just wanted to leave a review about my experience at Boston Pizza (South End, Barrie) yesterday. My daughters ordered chicken sandwiches and unfortunately the chicken was completely raw. They had been out Christmas shopping all day and were really hungry, so they didn’t notice until they were already halfway through eating them.
Our waitress was incredibly kind and genuinely felt terrible, but the manager’s response was extremely disappointing. When he came to the table, his exact words were, “I’m sorry, I don’t know what to say,” and he offered to discount only two meals — even though there were four of us at the table and none of us finished our food after discovering the issue.
I told him I wouldn’t be paying for any of the meals and that we were leaving. The situation was not handled well at all. My family and I were regulars and went there often, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. At the very least, we should have been offered a proper apology and a gesture like a gift card to reassure us that our business was valued.
To make things worse, both of my daughters were very sick through the night and spent hours throwing up after consuming undercooked chicken. The experience was extremely concerning and has made us hesitant to return.

Was there Saturday evening with the wife and kids. Waited approx 25 minutes after beeing seated for the server to come see us. Ordered drink and meal and waited close to 45 minutes before we received the drink and meal. Both at the same time. Service was very slow. Not the first time we went and it is full but this time, the service was just awfull. Not impress about the food....very cold food. Not event close to be warm.

Being sit for more than 15 minutes, being ignored and see other that got here after us being served. Can be really annoying. Especially when all servers are passing by us and ignore us.

This was unfortunately not a good experience. I used to be a waitress and have a lot of space for mistakes and being short staffed. We waited an hour and 15 minutes tonight after ordering. When we finally got our food it was completely cold. No one came to tell us something came up or anything like that. A child threw up and it was just there for a good 10 minutes before someone cleaned it up. The bathrooms were gross. Just a really unfortunate experience.

Definitely avoid this location at all costs. Ordered the Boston brute which is a sandwich that’s supposed up be loaded with meat, received it and it had 4 half slices of salami. How could you seriously serve this to someone and expect them to be happy?
Went to this location for lunch yesteday with my 5 year old.
We ordered the Spaghetti from the kids menu for him. The sauce came in a cup on the side, not even mixed in or cooked with the sauce.
If I have to make my kids pasta for him at the table what are we paying for? Was told it's Boston Pizza Policy.
I orders the Buffalo Chicken Sandwhich. Says Buttermilk Breaded Chicken. Looked like same old crappy franchised breaded chicken fillet. Unappetizing. What took the cake though was I opened it before eating it and the tomato on it had the core still in it. Like, would you serve it to your family like that? No? Than don't serve it to me and mine.
Mentioned it to the manager on duty, no offer to do anything on the price show any real care. Just sorry about that.
Lastly got my son the chocolate pudding with gummy worms. It was extra, which was fine, then they didn't even fill the bowl.
Extra money for a half filled bowl?
Won't be coming to this location again.

I had a wonderful experience at Boston Pizza recently. The food was outstanding, with a diverse menu that delivered on flavor and quality. From the perfectly cooked pizza to the tasty appetizers, everything was spot-on and left me wanting to try more. The service was warm and attentive, creating a welcoming vibe that made the meal even better. The atmosphere was lively and great for a casual night out with friends or family.
The delicious food and great service made it well worth it. I’ll definitely be returning for another meal soon!
