Came here last night for dinner with absolutely no indication anywhere online or anything except a small sign saying they were closed. Many people were coming here to eat and were turned away. We went here for the sole purpose to use the kids card we bought and ended up having to go somewhere else and spent more money then necessary. Definitely won’t return to this location.

We came at 5:30 on a Saturday and they are already closed with absolutely no notice anywhere except a little paper on the door. There were people eating inside so obviously it wasn’t a huge issue. Very disappointed and unprofessional. Not coming back which is sad cause we are regulars.

My favourite restaurant in the north end. Dustyn and Shauna always kill it on the bar. My food always comes out hot and fresh and the atmosphere in general is fun. The GM Nicole is also very attentive and friendly. I love getting the pizza trio!

⭐ Extremely Disappointing Birthday Experience – Would Not Recommend
I went to Boston Pizza with my family to celebrate my birthday, expecting a warm and family-friendly experience. Unfortunately, what happened at the end of the dinner completely ruined the evening.
Toward the end of our meal, my 19-year-old son kindly asked the server if there was a birthday dessert or something small to help celebrate my birthday. Instead of a simple acknowledgment or polite response, the next question from the server was: “Can you show me proof?”
That moment was shocking and embarrassing. We all froze. It was incredibly disappointing to be questioned like that, especially while dining with family. Why would someone celebrating with their family, ordering multiple paid desserts for their kids, and paying a $130 bill lie about their birthday just to get a dessert?
I immediately showed my ID, and yes—it was my birthday. But by then, the damage was done. I declined the dessert because the joy of the moment had already been taken away. What hurt the most was seeing my son heartbroken. He simply wanted to do something special for his mom and end the evening on a happy note, and instead, he was left feeling embarrassed and upset.
Birthdays are about making people feel valued and celebrated—even a small gesture matters. Being asked to “prove” your birthday in front of your family is not hospitality; it’s poor customer experience.
Because of this incident, I would not recommend Boston Pizza as a place to celebrate birthdays or special occasions. A little trust, empathy, and warmth would have gone a long way—but unfortunately, that was missing here.

She did tell us they were having problems with it and apologized. This was first time to Boston Pizza, unfortunately I was not impressed. Not sure if I would give it a second visit.

Shawna was sharp with her service but I got disappointed with this location because they didn’t had the UFC main event displaying at the screen. I hope they bring a change and maybe next time they will display the event on the screens.

Terrible service, saw our waitress twice and waited forever for our food. Charged us for garlic bread, never got it, despite askong for it. The grinch-o-rita was not good at all, would not recommend. The food itself was mediocre.
