disgusting food.. the chicken patty was burnt seems like sitting for so long and they just again fried it for a minute to warm it up
onions rings were super gross and soggy
we went back and there was not a single apology from those both guys who we’re working staff was rude

We’re from out of town and popped in for take out. The cashier (I think his name is Parker) was so pleasant, professional and polite. Don’t see that often anymore. While I was waiting for my food, I noticed he was always doing “something” … taking orders, packing food, checking orders … keeping busy.

The people working here were absolutely terrible. They were incredibly slow, and when people complained, they shot back with ignorant and crude language. My mother and I waited nearly an hour for not much food. When we were there, a lady came in complaining about how she didn’t receive an intire meal after going through the drive thru, and the staff kept trying to gaslight her into thinking she received it. Another man came in and was complaining that he was going to be late for work because a single burger was taking more than 15 minutes. The service here was absolutely disgusting. The food was alright though.

Today i stopped by Burger King and got a veggie burger it was honestly really good. The service was even better. Vikas was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect with my order. You can tell he actually cares about customers

Order Number 37 at 5:47 pm October 10, 2025. Chicken Ranch Wrap and a cheeseburger. No fries, no drinks, just a wrap and a burger. Dinner handed to us at 6:10. Drive thru customer came in as she was missing part of her order. Male counter staff argued with her, telling her he had packaged her meal, he had him doing the order on cctv…she asked to see the video. It took 8 minutes for the staff to fix the order…after she walked back to the car to bring the order in. She was totally calm and polite when she first came in. The male staff member amplified the situation. We will not be a customer anymore.
I was driving by and saw their sign for 2 whoppers for $10..... so I had to stop. The girl at the take out window was super friendly.

We were at this location Friday evening at 6pm. I witnessed the girl serving customers put chicken nuggets back into the warming tray after a customer returned them and advised her they gave her the wrong product. A serious public health issue. I did questions the employee what she did it and notifies the MOD. After finishing packing the drive through order he was working on he went to empty the warming tray.
