Just got home after paying for 2 burger and chicken fries and picked up at the drive thru and got home and see the chicken fries are missing. I'm not going to drive back 20 mins for this. Do better staff at BK Barrie - Bayfield drive.

The food was good but the one thing that got my attention was the guy Paul who cleans the lobby. He was very friendly and went over and beyond on his job. He deserves a raise

Food is always done right, staff is a good mix of old school and young kids, good mix of energy. Restaurant is big and always clean. I wish they would pay better attention to the orders you put in from the app, sometimes you order and come in 15 minutes later and they haven't taken the ticket out of the machine.
Overall, best fast-food dining experience in barrie by far.
Worst service ever i wait 30 minutes for take out order and they were just ignoring me i was just looking at them like hopeless someone should really take strict action here zero customer service when i told them im waiting this long the worker said me stay sit at home really they should do their job properly really so disgusting

Waited a week to get new Parmesan whopper and than get told they don't have the cheese but can use regular cheese. What a disappointment
