I’d recommend Burger King anywhere else than Bayfield Street in Barrie Ontario. There is so many bad reviews on Google about it with people finding plastic or mouldy buns. I went there today and it was about 30 minutes just for a hamburger was a bit ridiculous I’ve never seen so many mad people And the funny part is I bet you most them were in the back there watching TikTok’s and yes, I counted 10 employees come on guys up your game

I ordered a road house crispy chicken burger and French toast sticks The road house crispy chicken burger was missing the onions not a single one and there was no cheese on it The French toast sticks were doughy on the inside and leave a horrible after taste in the mouth that made everything just taste bad

The second you walk in to this place you will feel depressed. The staff are over worked and 100% under appreciated, you can tell just by looking at their always miserable faces. It’s not their fault, they’re paid next to nothing and expected to go above n beyond. Not my issue, my issue is you get a 50/50 shot at your food being good. You’ll either have cold fries n hot burger, or vice versa. In my 1 year of coming here, not once have I ever seen them cook a burger to order - they just pull it out of a tray. Today, my burger was so cold the cheese didn’t melt…and does that look like extra onions to you?
Had a really bad experience with one of the drive through operators but Judith one of the managers ended up making it a great experience, the food was good and we appreciate what Judith did!

UPdated AGAIN IN 2024- service is slow and when I mean slow I can get a sit in breakfast from the diner across the street before they produce 2. sandwiches. being fast isn't on this stores agenda. between waiting 9 minutes to 15 depending on how busy they are is a joke.
Updater 2023- look at all these fake reviews by the staff. lol. your location is a joke! I normally.come to this burger king for breakfast at least once a month of i can. But today was the rudest customer service I have ever had. Being told that as a customer I have to allow for them to put my coffee sides in my coffee instead when I prefer to place it myself due to the amount the machines push into your coffee. After being told this I asked what would a customer do if they wanted sweetener, than she said she could out it on the side. I than asked would it be difficult and too much to ask for them to place cream in a side cup for me I was left with a large pause proceeded by,"yes.... I can do that." The following attitude became even thicker in tone so when she asked,"anything else?" I just drove away to thr parking lot and marched into the shop. In person she was even more rude and ignorant. She was management, the other staff I normally deal with Caroline was there and she legit is always a wonderful delight to cross paths with, but this other woman was out of line talking the way she did because I asked for cream and sugar on the side.
