I order a whopper combo with cheese, large fries (no salt) and med drink with a kids meal on the side. When waiting for my order i notice they placed a med fries inside the bag, one staff member caught it before giving it to me. I thanked her for checking, she usually the woman on cash for the drive Thur. But! when i got to my destination, my sandwich was completely wrong. I got a burger with ketchup. My burger wrapper says #63 while the receipt that was tapped to the bag says #62. Buying food is just too expensive to take the loss. Just got to be better, speed is good but accuracy is more important.

Side note - there’s a young guy that works there in the evening that by the sounds of him is a student or young adult. He’s good, always accurate, friendly and takes the appropriate time to getting the order right. Wish I could remember his name!

I came back to edit my review and give credit where it due. I contacted their customer service and the customer service was really good. Quick replies, treated me well and just simply apologized, so they deserve their rating back and I’m a satisfied customer again. I appreciate someone actually getting back to me

I ordered 2 spicy chicken burger meals, but the staff didn't understand my order properly. Instead of charging me for two meal combos, I was charged $16 just for the burgers and another $16 for two fries and drinks—a total of around $32 for what should have been 2 regular meals. For that price, the quantity and service were completely disappointing. This kind of miscommunication and overcharging should not happen. Very frustrating experience.

We come to this Burger King often and haven’t had a problem until few nights ago when we when through the drive through there was a older gentleman who did in the end fix our problem with the order but his tone and body language about fixing was very rude telling us we ordered it wrong but I guess he could fix it etc. Even as we left we said we were sorry for the misunderstanding and he just stood at the window said nothing to as we left saying sorry. Not very welcoming and honestly quite rude. I’ve worked many fast food jobs you don’t treat a customer like that over a misunderstanding.

I ordered off the app for the 1st time, intending to pickup. But I made a couple mistakes. I called this location 2 times and the manager (I believe), accommodated me. At the store, I went in and everyone was so friendly!! I was so happy with the service and will be coming back to this location!

Drake at the drive-thru was super friendly and really helpful, great attitude and service provided by him. Unfortunately the new cupholder trays are really bad, it broke and I lost my drinks on my previous order a few weeks back, but Drake had a great solution for me this time round! Great experience!

We had a great experience at the Burger King on Bayfield Street! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm smiles and friendly attitudes. It's clear they genuinely care about providing good service — they were polite, patient, and happy to help with anything.

The restaurant was clean, the food came out fresh and hot, and everything was made just the way I ordered. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a nice spot for a quick meal or a casual bite with friends or family.
