If I could I would give a negative star. The most ignorant employees...they lied to us. What happen.. was we put an order in n went to pay for it w a $100 bill. They denied taking my money n told us they have a sign up saying so..they couldn't show us a sign cause there isn't one. It's Canadian money n if they worried about fake bills..get a bill checker!!! And I asked for the store number...I got an address number instead. The most rudest employees that I have dealt w!!!

Which is surprising cuz any bacteria or parasites on the chicken fries should have undergone nuclear fission considering the extent of deep frying used.

My Impossible burger was given to me with Ketchup all over the top of the bun making it soggy. It appeared whomever had made it had Ketchup on their hands while handling it. Also burger patty was broken, falling out as I tried to eat it. I no longer anticipate pleasant customer service, but if the quality of the food is poor, there is no reason to go back.

We came to this location and our fries were half empty. The front cashier was the same person handling my food without washing hands, or wearing gloves. We waited a long time for our food and there was no one ahead of us. Everything was slapped together. When asking for forks, he handed me my forks by picking up the top of the fork (the part you eat from) with his same dirty hands. I requested new forks and he let me pick my own from a cup. Horrible experience here

Went to order and the speaker was extremely quiet and mumbled. Online app shows $8 whopper and large fries, drive through personnel did not want to put the order through. Showed him what the offer was and he still would not honour it and would not tell us why. If we had to order it online just say so! I can see why this location has terrible reviews, no one who works here cares.
Ordered a very basic order and waited outside in the parking lot as instructed for 10 min plus and then had to walk in and get it anyways.

Just don't go! The front counter was very dirty. Finger print smears, food bits, dried condiments. I advised the cashier. He wiped it up while I waited for my Jr. Whopper. Food came and my fries were cold. My table and the ones around me were also dirty. The seating as well. Again, he wiped it up. Replaced my fries with freshly, out of the fryer fries. While all this was happening, a woman walked in and said she sat idle in her car for 5 minutes in the drive-through with nobody taking her order. He apologized and took her order. Didn't even comp it. I thought he would at least give a discount to her. I saw at least three people in the back, nobody noticed her at the drive-through! After she left and while I was eating, all I could hear was all of them laughing in the back, including the cashier. Just avoid this location like the plague! 😣

We don't really do fast food these days for obvious reasons but had a craving for a cheesy whopper and even with the not so great reviews we gave it a chance and to be honest it was the best burger king in a long time! Very kind customer service clean store and fresh good food! Been there a few times for take out and dine in and its been great each time! Keep up the good work!
