I ordered a burger expecting a decent meal, but what I received was a huge disappointment. The patty was completely burnt, making it inedible. To make things worse, the burger was missing basic ingredients like ketchup, mayo, and cheese, leaving it dry and tasteless. Overall, this was one of the worst burgers I've ever had, and I won't be ordering again.

I went through the drive thru today-- placed my order after waiting to enter the lane. I tried to pay with Canadian currency. They refused it. Tried to give me some story about the bank not accepting it-- when questioned, she reverted to... "it's just the franchisees policy".
Burger King owes me 20 minutes...
I'll miss their double whoppers. Selling all my bk shares.. sinking ship.

I went to pick up an online order. First time in my life a Burger King made me to wait for half an hour. When I arrived at the store the staff asked me wait for just five minutes and I got my order after 30 minutes. If she had told me it’s gonna take that much time I could have cancelled the order.

Horrible experience. Went in the morning for breakfast with family. Tried to order the advertised mix and match breakfast sandwich for 6 people and were told all sandwiches had to be the same and we could not mix and match as advertised. Terrible customer service will not return.

EVERY time I come here…nothing is prepared. There has not been a time I’ve visited this location without being told there will be “a wait for x to be made ‘fresh’”
I dropped by this Burger King at 7:30 PM, and it was a disaster. The place was a mess—trash cans overflowing, tables covered in crumbs, and the floor was sticky. It didn’t seem like anyone had cleaned for hours.
The service was just as bad. The staff seemed totally uninterested, and I had to wait forever just to place my order, even though it wasn’t crowded. When the food finally came out, it was cold and looked like it had been thrown together in a hurry.
I expected better, especially at that time when the place wasn’t even that busy. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Drive through experience. Received wrong size fries, had to check and point out. Asked for double whopper, somehow employee punched in single and served it on a stale rubbery but too. Came to this location quite a bit but I think not after this experience.

There was grease and ketchup on the outside of the wrapper. Seeing this you would.think the burger was jucy, but no, open to a burger with what looked like the person had ketchup on their fingers as they made the bun.
Every and I mean every table was filthy in the place with 2 staff sitting in the front and at least 5 in the back at 3:15pm... so taking no orders
