BLACK GUY SERVING ON THURSDAY, around 7:45 on December,4,2025. He was very rude when I ask about my order after a wait of 20 mins, burger king should take serious action among this kind of behaviour so that they will not ruined their repotation.

I ordered food and it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. They are very slow. The driver waited in the restaurant for 30 minutes and when my food arrived it was completely cold.

Most rude employee I’ve ever come across I ordered a roadhouse king she clearly couldn’t understand what I was saying and put a roadhouse mini burger in, at the window I then asked if it was a roadhouse King she proceeded to tell us that that’s not what we ordered and was fighting with us at the window telling us that’s what we ordered giving us dirty looks, when she finally gave us the right burger I said thank you She rolled her eyes as we drove away. she was an Indian employee who had glasses. She clearly needs to learn what customer service is, never coming to this location again.

If I could I would give a negative star. The most ignorant employees...they lied to us. What happen.. was we put an order in n went to pay for it w a $100 bill. They denied taking my money n told us they have a sign up saying so..they couldn't show us a sign cause there isn't one. It's Canadian money n if they worried about fake bills..get a bill checker!!!
And I asked for the store number...I got an address number instead. The most rudest employees that I have dealt w!!!
