Heard that this was the place for the nest burger in barrie and was severely disappointed. Got the Royale with cheese and a Coney fries. The fries were the best part of the meal. They were good but the burger was dry and was incredibly underseasoned. Didn't really taste like much. Guy at the counter was really nice and it smelled good but man was I disappointed when I ate it.Well guess this is not the best place for burgers in barrie.

It is a good spot i had their burgers before too. But this time it was absolutely not satisfying. I had their 3 piece chicken tenders with side of gravy and a dip sauce. They were totally dark and burnt. I had done an uber pickup so instead of complaining on uber and throwing a bad review i went inside to let them know this happened but the staff was absolutely rude and told me instead this is how they are served and replied in a bad way. Attaching a photo please review and let us know that either we had them wrong all the time or this burnt ones are edible.

This place hamburgers are good but the service that they give you is just okay and after all of that they make you wait for your burger 20 min for one of them they were not even busy at that moment but they had a lot of online orders, it seems that the people the orders online so if you want to go order online cus is so much faster

I would give the food a 3/5. We used to go here regularly before Covid, but it seems that they’ve become much more neglectful and cheap since the pandemic.They used to have the best caesar salad in town and some pretty good burgers, but the salad isn’t nearly as good as it was a few years ago and the burger quality is just sloppy and greasy now.There have been a few visits where we have not received dips, toppings, etc. that have been requested. It seems like the meals have gotten smaller and they also go very light on the sides. Will likely not be returning in the future.

I had heard some great things about this place and decided to give it a try today. I'm honestly surprised with how disappointing the experience was. I ordered 2 burgers and onion rings for takeout. The onion rings were good, but the burgers were both smashed up pretty badly and were falling apart from being very wet. The burger patties themselves were bland and almost tasted steamed. For a $35 order I expected much better than this. I picked up a much better burger from Burger King the other day, so your money would definitely be better spent elsewhere.

I have been an enormous fan of burger royale since they opened, and I usually love introducing friends or family to this neighbourhood gem but my last 2 experiences have not been good.Missing items, incorrect orders and rude/disinterested employees. With the increased cost of living, eating out is a luxury and while I don’t mind paying for the great food I’ve been able to expect from burger royale, I don’t see myself returning any time soon. So disappointed!

We ordered through Uber Eats. Very unimpressed with the packaging. Burgers, fries and gravy were just thrown in a plastic bag, resulting in the the gravy leaking all over everything, and the burgers being 'smushed'. All that could be forgiven if the food was amazing, but sadly, it was just mediocre. One burger had two burger's worth of pickles on it. I like pickles, but come on! Also, the fries were soggy, and had a lot of black spots on them. If you're going to do fresh cut fries, trim the eyes and bruises before you serve them!
