Terrible service… I am confused how a cafe in a hospital can have such rude people. If someone’s already having a bad day, or upset about their hospital visit and they come here, their day will forsure be made worse…. The customer service was terrible and they were extremely rude to elderly people infront of me as well as myself for asking if they had ice coffee. I got the response “obviously not”.. ?

My daughter was spoken to rudely by the lady serving people. My daughter asked a question to which the response was a rude I can't hear you. When she asked if there was anything gluten free the lady snapped salad. Rudeness wasn't required for a simple question or at all. There should be more gluten free/friendly and vegan items other than salad.
