I picked up a ready made chocolate raspberry cake. It was an extremely sweet cake. The cream used in the cake for design and topping was saturated with sugar. I don't know who likes to eat such sugar overloaded cake. Their cakes for sure are good design-wise, but taste-wise they are mediocre at best. A cake from a grocery store will taste better than this.

We had Cakes by Design put our wedding cake together. For the wedding cake we had a complimentary cake tasting and they were so accommodating. The cake turned out beautifully - it was a white vintage heart shaped cake with pipping. It was also delicious a lemon and strawberry vanilla flavor!!
Our wedding cake and cupcakes were absolutely perfect! We went with red velvet and buttercream icing, and they were a huge hit—everyone loved them. Not only did they taste amazing, but they looked so cute too. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

It was absolutely stunning elegant, classy, and perfect for the occasion. They even added a beautiful rosary on top and the lettering was flawless. And let me tell you, it tasted as amazing as it looked! A moist vanilla cake with a delicious custard filling and just the right amount of buttercream.
