We appreciated the complimentary cake tasters Jen provided to help us make our choice. Jen made the logistics for the day of the wedding very smooth, which we appreciated. Firstly! I love that the facility is peanut free! Cake by design did my son birthday cake! It was great! I gotten so many compliments from parents ,the cake was moist and it wasn't overly sweet, it was balanced even the buttercream everybody had second... I had a vanilla confetti cake with white chocolate filling done. Cake by design thank you.

It was AMAZING!! the staff were super friendly and attentive and you can truly see their passion in their cakes. They went above and beyond and added the perfect details to the cake and we were all amazed at how beautiful it turned out. Thank you so much to the staff there and please if you’re hesitating, don’t. This place is amazing and you won’t regret ordering a cake from here. We will definitely be back soon

I ordered 3 dozen cookies and each cookie was $4. The cookie is mainly fondant and the design being done by hand. I was extremely upset with the presentation and quality of these cookies. When I addressed my concern at pick up the owner told me it is because it’s done by hand and that I was given 1 extra of each cookie to “make it better” I expected MUCH better piping quality for $4 a cookie. I would not recommend getting cookies from this place. And I believe the customer service from the owner should have been A LOT better. Very upsetting and disappointing experience with these cookies

1 star rating. Paid over $200 for a cake for my daughter’s communion. Paid extra for buttercream filling and they didn’t make my cake to what I wanted and the flavours were mixed with flavours I didn’t ask for. I never had such a bad experience with a custom cake place before. I also gave 5 days notice as they requested and I still received a sloppy cake. I guess there is a first for everything. The owner of the business… shame on her for poor customer service couldn’t even give me a courtesy call to discuss the issues with my cake. Made her employees do all the dirty work for her. Never again.
