We’ve ordered a few cakes from cakes by design and have been happy with all of them. More recently I ordered a birthday cake for my dad and I was really happy with how the cake I ordered turned out. I got a red velvet cake with a cream cheese icing filling. It was delicious and looked amazing!

Drove all the way to the southend to thier new location to get treats for my kids. The cupcakes and loafs were totally stale, and old YUCK! Really! How hard is it to date and turn over your stock, you lost a customer.

We ordered a chocolate cake for our son’s birthday and they nailed it! With the help of a few inspiration pictures, and a few toys/candles/decor pieces we added to the top (our choice), it was perfectly in keeping with the theme and turned out great! Cake itself was delicious and the staff was very friendly- we’ll be back!
