The staff there is awesome.Last year we got the thin crust pizza(ellecent).This year we went back hoping to get the pizza again but they changed to thick crust(didn't like it ,don't think dough was cooked enough)This won't stop us from not going back.We brought dessert there too.(good).hope they go back to thin pizza crust again.thank you

I have been going to Cals now for about 3 1/2 years they have been my go to bakery as a celiac. I’ve tried many other bakeries around the area and nothing has topped Cals! The quality of food, the incredible customer service service they continue to grow and develop new recipes and new high quality products which is not something you find very often battling coeliac disease. I have tried everything from their pogos to frozen meals. to even the prepackaged pastas that they bring in they never fail to have something new and exciting. I have never stopped talking about how incredible and accommodating this bakery and café is. So thank you for making it a safe environment for fellow people battling coeliac disease and even dairy sensitivity I would 120% recommend checking them out. I live in Wasaga Beach and make the commute at least twice a week. That’s just how good they are.

An amazing place to find gluten free items. Gives a gluten free man hope that he can still enjoy simple wonders of the world like a choclate chip cookie. Highly recommend. Great and kind service, AMAZING selection with baked goods, frozen bagels and such and frozen and ready made meals. Brings a man to tears how much stock they have ready and fresh.

Honestly the best food for gluten free people. I had a veggie wrap, my daughter had the chicken fingers and fries. We got some carrot cake muffins for dessert. Everything was awesome! Only complaint is it's pricey but I understand why they need to charge so much. Different items than what you would normally see like pogo sticks, chicken balls, pierogies, and I bet those are delicious too. Great job! I will return!

The gluten free garlic bread and Carrot muffins are absolutely delicious. No grainy texture at all. The garlic bread was not crumbly and the muffins are incredibly moist. Well done!!

Honestly the best food I have had in a long time they have Gluten-Free panzerottis and Chinese food. Anything you can imagine you can get hot stuff for lunch. They have breakfast, sandwiches, wraps, poutines and so much more. Honestly, if you're gluten free dairy-free you should check it out people are also so friendly and care about the food !!

Amazing, happened upon them while coming back from a camping trip and got some Chocolate Chip Muffins, these Calzone (? cheese, meat and bread pocket) and some chicken nuggets all gluten free. I have had the Muffins and Calzone and they are amazing. If I lived in the area I would be going here all the time!
