I have no idea who trains the employees at this place, both girls were too busy talking to eachother instead of helping customers. Having only two customers with 4 drinks and messing up every drink it hardly deserves one star.
Will not recommend this place.

Ordered a drink from uber eats and recieved a warm drink, not even room temperature. Hald the drink was pure boba which was all lumped together, cannot even drink it with a straw. The worst chatime ever.

Ordered popping boba for my son and I, grabbed our drinks and left not realizing it was pearls, not popping boba. Kind of disappointed as that is what we drove 20mins for.

We’ve been coming to this location since they had opened, often multiple times a month, we began to notice the quality has certainly been declining over the course of the last few months.
We consistently order the Milk Tea, not only from this location but other cha times in Toronto and Markham. It appears at this location the Milk Tea is becoming a bit watered down and the boba has been clumping together as of late.
The staff here are friendly as usual, and tried to remake the Milk Tea to the best of her ability, no fault on the staff. You have a great team, and great opportunity, just hope the quality comes back up.

I’ve been coming to Chatime for quite some time and I must say - the last few times have been inconsistent and an extremely under whelming. Both times I have visited has been the same particular staff member making the drinks, this particular member on the team seems to need better training or more supervision to ensure things are up to standard.
Tonight I ordered 2 large Chocolate Hazelnut Delight milk teas, and I watched the girl making the drinks incorrectly measure the amount needed to fill both drinks and she used 1/4 of extra water in both making the drink extremely watered down. Last time the drink was far too sweet.
For $16 I am disappointed.
