I have no idea who trains the employees at this place, both girls were too busy talking to eachother instead of helping customers. Having only two customers with 4 drinks and messing up every drink it hardly deserves one star.
Will not recommend this place.

Worst Chaitime from Aurora to Barrie. Staff is spoiling the brand name. Rude staff and can’t take proper orders.
Ordered a drink from uber eats and recieved a warm drink, not even room temperature. Hald the drink was pure boba which was all lumped together, cannot even drink it with a straw. The worst chatime ever.

Ordered popping boba for my son and I, grabbed our drinks and left not realizing it was pearls, not popping boba. Kind of disappointed as that is what we drove 20mins for.
