I love bubble tea once in a while and cha time is my favorite bubble tea place to get it from. Staff is really really nice and I had the chance to meet 2 of the girls working there (Anna and Mayte) they are great and I experienced great customer service with them.

Thanks for manager Noah. He prepared my drinks with consistent quality all the time. Also, he has a great memory of customer order. Their workers are friendly service and very clean and bright location. Lots of varieties of bubble tea. There is also a great selection of desserts. I like cheese tart and mango mousse cake. My boyfriend loves their chatime pearl milk tea. Easy to find some fun with my friends in there.Best bubble tea shop in Barrie. Lovely.

The lady who worked tonight, 12/12/23 is amazing and super nice. I forgot my phone so I called right away and she said I left my phone there. I was late for 5 minutes and she waited even after 11. Thank you so much!!

Not a good experience here! Stopped in to get a Taro slushy with boba for the road. When I arrived there were a few customers sitting inside but no one at the counter so got straight up to order. Ordered taro slushy with boba to go and the attendant went to prepare my order. Just then a young lady came in and began to look around inside the restaurant and then engaged the server making my drink. The lady announced she was some sort of secret shopper of sorts and was doing a survey on the location. So she interrupts the girl making my drink to ask her questions and then tells her to go about her job making my drink. After some time I get my drink and it's hot and doesn't taste like taro in the least. I take the drink back to the girl and she says she will make it again. After some time I get my drink again and it looks a bit better so I head out to my car. After tasting in my car I note it's not even remotely cold, certainly not a slushy and as it cost over $9 for the drink I decide to take the drink back. Went back into the restaurant and told the girl that my drink wasn't cold in the least and not a slushy at all. She said she couldn't make it any different and so being frustrated, I left the drink on the counter and left. I order this drink all the time at Vietnamese restaurants and they are cold and delicious so not sure why a place that specializes in bubble tea can't make one. Not likely to return to this location.
