My wife and i just ordered from them when the food came to the house they forgot the salad dressing. We also ordered a grilled cheese, which came what was hard as a rock. The avocado in one of the salads was spoiled. We also ordered the spicy tomato soup. That tastes more like parmesan soup. Was not spicy at all very unhappy with the whole thing. Considering we ordered from them in the past and it was absolutely amazing. Call the store to let them know, and they basically told us that there was nothing they can do.

Awful. Had a small wild mushroom soup that basically tasted and had the consistency of warm milk. A few mushroom pieces and some slivers of onion. Worst soup I have ever had. The tuna melt tasted funky and didn't pair well with the carrot shreds, cucumber bits and spinach/kale. Not a lot between the two slices of bread it came on. Lacked flavour. What a disappointment.

Ordered a Mediterranean Salad (17.38$) for lunch today. Add avocado (1/2 for 2.29$) and pecans (1$). I got 1.5 pecans, yes, i counted them. Today and the last time i ordered this salad, there were no olives ??♀️ and today they counted the tomato halves before adding them in. It is also a much smaller salad than it used to be-I could eat another whole one! This used to be my "go to" place in Barrie for lunch. I will not return. So disappointed.
