I have purchased cupcakes this summer a few times and they were excellent however today I stopped and the cupcakes I bought were terrible…..they were tasteless and stale……disappointing as it was a birthday treat. I called and was told the only thing that has changed is the manager but I think its under new ownership.

Have to say I was so disappointed by the cupcakes. Double chocolate was dry and fairly tasteless. Was really hoping for a rich moist chocolate cupcake. Cookies were a much better option. Not sure if it was because it was the end of the day but a real let down I’m sorry to say.

Purchased a cupcake for my daughter and it was awful. Hard, stale and didn't have the filling, we were told was in it. Very disappointing and won't be returning.

First time here last Thursday, staff was friendly. They told me cookies were just baked fresh today and everyday. I bought 4 cookies, 2 oatmeal and 2 million dollar. Oatmeal were fresh and delicious, the others were not….dry and old!
Went back today to see if maybe they just had a bad batch. I enquired if they were baked today, was told some are and some are leftover. She said the oatmeal were just baked. I asked for 4 and explained my experience. She simply rang up my 4 cookies and didn’t offer a reason or an apology.
They didn’t make it right so I definitely won’t be going back!

Tasted great, would get the cupcakes, and cookies again. Minus the cookie sandwich, It just had a little too much icing for me and my girlfriend. That's just in our opinions, I'm sure other people that like icing would enjoy it a lot more. We still enjoyed all the treats and will be back for more soon.

These were so tasty! Received them as a birthday gift, and family enjoyed them so much! Icing is such a nice consistency and the cupcake itself is so light.

The cupcakes are light and fluffy, the cling on top was soft and freshly done.
The cookies are very good! Staff are extremely friendly!
