We've been coming to this restaurant for years. (No exaggeration.) Today may have been for the last time.
Ordered a side to go, as we have done countless times in the past. Portion was 1/3 the usual size. When we inquired, the waitress flat out lied, telling us it has always been this way. (Full on gaslighting.)
Didn't come back through the entire meal. When we needed a box for leftovers we were brought a box much too small. Felt intentional.
All very much out of character for this establishment.

My husband and I come to breakfast at Cora’s almost every weekend. Our server Devon was amazing as he is every weekend. The food is always on par but the service is always excellent. Is always nice to into an establishment and be treated like family ❤️

I am dissapointed today. Coras was always my goto. The beacon today tast like dehidrated shoesoles. The potatoes are terrible. One can definitely see that you add water to cook it quickly. I got a piece off orange, a half piece of pineapple so thinly sliced and the strawberry cut in half the was barely bigger than my thumb. I don't think I will return if I don't have to.

Delightful experience overall — big portions at very reasonable prices, excellent service from all staff members, very clean and sunny-bright interior. We have kids and they got a colouring book with crayons, a Cora-logo tattoo, and a nice drinking glass — they really loved the experience as well. We stopped on our way from Toronto to Sudbury, and after today this will be our regular stop on this route from now.

Kelly made our visit such an enjoyable breakfast experience. She checked in on our table often and made sure nothing was missing. She even took it upon herself to correct one of the eggs to be cooked again because it was done over than the cook that was asked for. She gave my child tattoos and stickers to take home, which in my child's books is over the top service. Overall we were delighted to be taken care of by her.
i am so upset to be writing a bad review for this place. cora has been my go-to breakfast restaurant for a really long time, but i think that’s about to change after the experience that i had this time. i am a teen, and usually go with a parent. this time, i went with two of my friends to celebrate our graduation, and the service was terrible. the food was the same as it always is, but i was baffled by the quality of the service. the server didn’t introduce herself, and just kind of came up to our table and waited for us to say what we wanted. when we wanted to clarify something about our orders, she gave us a strange, almost dirty look as we spoke. we are extremely polite, and we do not cause any sort of disturbance or anything, so i’m not sure why we were being treated as if we were being a nuisance. we were not offered any ketchup, maple syrup, or butter/pb/jam with our food, while empty tables around us were set with all of that stuff, and the table across from us got two bottles of ketchup, comically. we were left completely alone until the server decided that it was time for us to pay and get going. i am extremely hurt by this experience, and it made it even worse that we could see other tables in our section being treated normally by the same server. the only reason that we could’ve been treated differently was due to our age, and i’ve honestly never felt more discriminated against. if you’re a teen, don’t bother coming alone or with your friends.. just come with adults.
