Waited 50 mins for funnel cake They came to my table asked if I wanted anything else I said I was waiting for my funnel cake and they forgot it’s now been an hour and im writing this review as I still wait for my funnel cake *** was offered a complimentary ice cream for the wait ***

I always order through uber from here and i always love them ... but this Sunday evening i went there with my friend, and i am really disappointed!! First the girl working there was extremely rude, even when my friend asked for paying through cash, she RUDELY said 'i dont have any change' instead of being polite and friendly. The cocoa iced latte and tiramisu drink were not enough cold. When i placed the order, i saw the guy telling my order to the same girl, and she made a frustrated face and also, gave a bad reaction. If i ordered a drink, firstly i paid for it and secondly, i believe they are also paid enough to make it even though they dont want to !!! Customer service there is dead!!

My husband and I do enjoy a good dessert and used to frequent dspot on average one a week but have since stopped because of poor quality and service. Their cake selection is wonderful and we have tried most of them but have noticed the price increase but the product freshness decrease. The last two visits especially one we ordered a strawberry shortcake that was dry and bitter and the last visit was a chocolate cake that was so dry and stale we left it on the table. I spoke with the staff on multiple occasions but was met with a careless attitude and not offered an alternative or alternative solution. I do not recommend dspot if you are looking for a high end treat. Grocery store cakes are fresher at this point than their pretty cakes.
