As a working professional who values my financial literacy, I will not be wasting money at this establishment anymore. Their rule of flipping the blizzard wasn’t honoured this last visit. Droopy and watery mess that I paid over $18 for. Save your money, and purchase Kawartha Dairy ice cream and buy it in bulk. That’s what I’ll be doing from now on. Rubbish.

Ive been going to this location for years. My husband was unexpectedly home from work for his birthday (he travels for weeks at a time) so I went in to get a cake for his birthday as a surprise. I asked if they could write on it and maybe put more chocolate on the cake (there wasnt much). Ive asked this before and paid extra for it. It's never been an issue. I was told no they couldn't do that. I'm not sure why the sudden change, maybe the people working just didnt feel like doing it.
I was just trying to brighten up his birthday after we had to put his dog down last week. His dog was diagnosed with a very aggressive lymphoma. He's been really down.

If I could give zero I would, ordered a milkshake. Paper straws don’t cut it. And no not using a spoon for a milkshake. Come on do better. Plastic cup but let’s save the world with the straw!!! Maybe the other was around you’d have less plastic and be able to have a milkshake the normal way!!!

Only had a $100.00 bill. Manager said their policy was that they did not accept $109.00s. There was no policy in their window. I will never go there again. If this is your policy it should be stated somewhere. 100.00s are still legal tender.

We entered the restaurant and waited about 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged we were there. We ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburger combos and when we got home and started eating them we realized that they didn’t have any bacon on them and the fries were very cold I couldn’t even eat them. Very disappointing all around.

Run by a bunch of unsupervised teenagers who rush thru and produce sloppy whatever it is you ordered and because they don't want to take the time to do it correctly and have some pride in what they serve, they tell you they're out of the main ingredient after you pay and they hand you a wet sloppy half made blizzard..... I'm so upset about the money I just spent on this slop!! Owner.... you should be ashamed of the lack of effort these kids are putting in just to push you along and ring in the next sale. I'll start going to a different location just out of principle this is the most expensive half made blizzard. I wish I had of handed it back and asked for a return because now I'm just upset at the time and money I've wasted on your crap.
