The blizzards where melting almost immediately, the store was packed with people that seemed to have been waiting way to long, the staff where irritated at some points when you asked for a trey to Carry out the items, atmosphere was dark and almost like gloomy it was more lively when you where out side then when you went it
The blizzards seemed sweeter then normal and my daughters tasted like there was a mix up with toppings or they used the same spoon
It is still a alright place just have to maybe go when there is not a lot of people

My granddaughter accidentally grabbed the wrong blizzard and the staff were terrific. They re-made the item for the customer at no charge to us even though I offered to buy them a new one. Thank you again

I’m giving 2 stars solely because of this issue: despite repeatedly asking about the coupons placed on the front desk, the DQ representative denied them and became rude while taking my order. This was disappointing and made for a poor customer experience.

Today, my friend went to the store to pick up the order and they falsely reported him as someone else was using his account. However, he was using his own account and there was no way to report the delivery as he was on time he was using his account. It’s just that to take revenge, the girl at 12 AM when 15th of February started reported again that someone else was using his account. They should know how to deal with the customer. I also had a bad experience when visiting the store to buy a cake from there, but I’m not gonna talk about it today as he requested me to report the delivery he explained me all the matter, and this is totally unacceptable. Supervisor and the manager please look into this matter as this is happening too much else he has to talk to Uber and DoorDash that they have been reporting the accounts without any reason. The girl that was on the duty. Has a small name. He told me it was Riya if it’s not Riya, then it was a 4 to 5 letters name who was working at that time and he also told me that the previous time when someone reported his account it was her who reported his account when he was picking up the order from the Dairy Queen.
