I googled sushi in Barrie, I was close by saw the 3.9 review. Read some of them and thought it was ok. Ordered some rolls and salmon Sashimi. They were fresh, fresh as you can get, excellent tasting, quick service. The food was great and also the price, would recommend to anyone.

Fish is super cold which was great and the dipping sauce for the tempera was the best I had ever had.We would go again if we're in the south end.Vegetarian options: Great selection for non meat eatersKid-friendliness: We went with children and many tables had children.

The service was good, all the food came out quick and efficiently although the fish was very cold and sometimes frozen, the imitation crab was dry stale and didn’t taste right, and the shrimp I don’t this was good! I won’t go back. This is unfortunate because I have ordered here before many of times and I’ve never had an issue! And I won’t pay to ever find out if it has improved.

Personally I had a horrible experience when dining at Diamond Sushi for my first time. The food that was served was completely different than the images displayed on the menu (as you can see in the picture I provided). Not only was the food falsely advertised, many of my dishes came out cold and tasteless. I have been to many sushi restaurants in my life and every place has given much better service than I received today. Staff was not very friendly or helpful and when I complained about my food being cold they microwaved it, gave it back and gave no apology whatsoever, very unprofessional. Some images of food on the menu even advertised things such as hairs on top of the food! Was not comfortable at anytime and will not go back. Do not recommend!Parking: A couple parking spots near the store front but more parking spaces throughout the parking lot a little bit further away.
