Most repulsive Mapo Tofu & Sweet and sour soup I’ve EVER eaten in my life. Steamed rice is DRY. Insane waste of my $24.

Went and ordered bunch of food worth more than 80$. I confirmed several times and when I got home, the food for kids were wrong. I called and asked that we got something different. The cashier lady started to give attitude over phone. She insisted that we ordered wrong when she took the wrong order. It was our first time ordering from here and I am very disappointed with services.

This place is the good stuff. The staff are friendly and smiling. They take great care of you with excellent customer service. The hand written spelling corrections all through the menu actually endears the place and makes me want to use them more. We enjoyed our meal. We will be back.

Terrible Experience – Faced Racism & Bad Food.
I had an awful experience at Donly Kitchen Chinese Restaurant. Not only was I treated unfairly and faced blatant racism from one of the employees, but the food itself was also stale and completely unappetizing.

From the moment I walked in, I noticed a clear difference in how I was treated. The staff was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming, making it clear they did not value customers. To make matters worse, the food I received was far from fresh—stale, poorly cooked, and not worth the money. No one should have to experience discrimination, and no restaurant should be serving such low-quality food. I strongly urge the management to take action and improve both their service and food quality. I will not be returning, and I encourage others to be aware of the kind of treatment and food they may receive here.

The food is terrible. The salmon sushi was made of spoiled smoked discounted grocery store salmon and there was barely any fish.

Would rather eat at McDonald’s instead of this place.

I ordered the gyozas, and when I got them they were not what I was expecting. They were sautéed not deep fried, and when I got them they were soggy and dripping oil. I still tried to give it a chance and taste it, but I took a bite and had to spit it out. The filling was not great either.

The food is actually nasty! The sweet and sour soup was not edible, and not the correct flavour profile at all. Too much pepper and cardamom!! The pork noodles did not smell good. The actual pork had a weird smell. The only “okay” thing we had was the sweet and sour chicken balls. Definite let down and not worth the money.

We have ordered from this restaurant many times and are happier every single time, we love love Egg Foo Young, theirs is the best, amazing General Tao chicken, all chicken, hardly any batter, best wings ever! My husband loves the Won Ton Soup, we have tried many restaurants since settling 7 years ago in Innisfil, nothing compares and imagine, the food is hot when delivered ???❤️
