If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Absolutely horrible costumer service from the lady taking orders who yelled at me and was very condescending when I called back in regards to the order I received. Food was cold, stale, undercooked and if not under cooked, deep fried to the point it could be a rock. The lady kept yelling at me to ask what I ordered while talking over me and proceeded to swear at me and down play the sitauon. She kept using a childish tone to call me honey and said I don't know what.im complaining about and said the food wasn't the problem and I was. She then hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone else who wasnt rude like her. If you hate your job thatmuch just quit. I spent over$80. I called back to speak to an owner where i was then screamed at by a man who dismissed everything about the order and said food is always fresh and I can't.complain for it being delivered to me in 20 minutes. He said there's no way I'd have food that was bad and said it was my fault.for not liking their recipes. He swore at me again and said he can do without my business when all I wanted was to bring the poor food to their attention and to get an apology. Instead I got yelled at 2 separate times for their fault. Absolutely disgusting behavior from.the staff and food in the garbage can would be better. Do not orderfrom here

This is hands down the best Chinese food restaurant in Barrie. The staff is welcoming and polite. Fresh and super tasty! Highly recommend!

I would give a ZERO if I could for the rudeness and disrespect from the woman who handles the phone calls / taking orders within the past month. We have steadily ordered from the Dragon Restaurant all throughout covid and built a great friendship with the owner. We have given them ALOT of service and I am completely blown away by the blatant disrespect and rudeness we have recieved the last two times we have ordered.Tonight we had a family function going on and we're ordering 4 family for 4 dinner meals with the rice changed to noodles, the lady was soooooo rude I can't even believe it! I proceeded to call back to speak with the owner and was told basically they have no time for me and goodbye!!! We will never ever ever order from here again and will be telling all our friends and family the same!! Shame on you!!!!!
