Our server Jacob was amazing!!!!! Great food and the costumer service was off the charts. The food came in record speed. He even gave us three extra free bread. Overall 5 stars.

Music was way to loud, that other patrons were yelling over the music. Service was horrible, we didn't even have side plates,any cuterly, or butter. Our appetizer came with dinner, and my dinner was late..so my friend waited for my meal to come as well. Had to keep flagging our server down, just to get our drinks, extra butter , utensils and such. I am so beyond pissed off at this establishment. What a waste of time and money. East side Marios is 1 of my favorite restaurants and you guys turned me off on this establishment. ( North end Barrie)
Maybe enlighten your employees, less talk and more work, especially at the busiest times
Also leaving the dirty dishes at the table, never once came by to clean off
The only positive thing I can say is... Our meals were HOT and Delicious. Well done to the cooks..

Server was very nice. Surprised the kitchen allowed old fries to go out. Cold, cardboard taste. Clearly had been sitting in a bowl for at least half hour. Pasta is bland but didn't expect much flavor from pre made food. Restaurant looked clean and staff was friendly.
