Every time we come for dinner there is something. Terrible terrible terrible customer service, they literally DO NOT CARE about their business. My family and I are not coming back to any east side Mario’s location. We have complained and they literally give a shit to it! Horrible management, servers and the food is always cold.

It was such a friendly and fun atmosphere and quality of food was as good as ever!
On an extremely busy evening, my wife and I came in for dinner!!! The food was perfect and delicious and our server Kim was the most efficient and professional server I’ve ever had!!! She anticipated our needs perfectly. 6 stars for Kim!!! She is a rockstar!!

At entry, server asked cube for 4 works? What!! Should learn to tell what sitting options are, not all know what your sitting cube means!
Served water without asking with or without ice! Had to change!
Menu card color is badly designed! Choice of color - dark red on one side- doesn’t make clarity of menu options with what it includes!
Hopefully one needs to be little upfront when server not able to make the visit comfortable!
