Was looking for somewhere in this mall to meet a friend. Used google for a list of places to eat in this mall and came across this little gem of a place. Great food, quality, great service, and reasonably priced. Good location to get to many other things in Barrie. Looking forward to going back and trying more menu options. Both myself and friend enjoyed our meal.
Vegetarian options: Noticed some options and some gluten free items also.
Parking: Restaurant was one of the cleanest I have visited in a long time. Decorated very nicely. Made the visit enjoyable. Restaurant I noticed has a full bar area.
Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids but didn’t see a play area. Geared more for adults. Noticed also a full bar area.

The food was solid, pretty balanced and consistent, I was thinking if there were sauce on the sandwiches and burgers or something else to flavour it. The long fries flopped a bit but I understand it's a filler. A few didn't develop a thin skin that fries should have during cooking that wraps the soft centre, and was completely white.
This is my first time though and the service was fantastic. The servers there are ready and aware and genuinely comforting and nice to speak to. The atmosphere reflects the restaurant and their food, and was a great overall experience with a space that brightened our morning.

In terms of customer service, today we had a wonderful experience from MITRA who was very warm and welcoming with her exceptional customer service skills. She made our new year brunch very nice with her pretty smile and warm demeanour.

This is always our Go To when my wife and I are in the area. The food is delicious, beautiful atmosphere, very calm relaxing decor. The service is always good, but on this visit the service was Exceptional !!! We were served by Mitra , she has such an amazing personality, very friendly and welcoming and fun !! Exactly what this industry needs as an example in great customer service !! Thank you Mitra for making our lunch an Awesome experience, even though you took my wife's side when I wanted to split the bill .. lol

This a a fantastic spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch! I've dined here 3 times and the service has been consistently excellent. On our most recent visit, our server, Jenny, was wonderful. Despite arriving in the middle of a busy rush, she remained calm, composed, and attentive, checking in with our table multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism and friendliness made our experience even better! Highly recommend Evivva for its great food, elegant dining room and outstanding service!
