I wish I could give zero stars. This place used to be delicious! The tacos and burritos used to be stuffed full. Tonight I recieved 3 of the saddest tacos I've ever seen, and a cheesecake that had zero sauce. The tacos aren't edible.

Worst service i had ever received.Owner was not supportive at all and arguing a lot.I had paid online for my order and then they were asking for my bank statement i showed that. Still she was arguing and didn’t make the order. I had to wait for 30 min. Then i paid again then they started making order. I will never ever order from here again.

This location has gone hill since new owners. Punjabi music playing, one staff working at lunch time very slow, ready made toppings out of bags, confusing menu layout.Just go to Jays Burritos!!

Tried the tofu burrito and it was very delicious and the cusomer service is also good.?
The store has a welcoming environment, the staff seems knowledgeable about their products but seem reluctant to put on a smile.The portions are no where near what I have received at other locations. I got maybe a small table spoon. Of each topping. I ordered a big and was let down. Do better guys.

This used to be my favourite burrito place until they changed their chicken recipe to something spicy out of nowhere. When I asked why it’s spicy and told them I have a stomach issue and can’t eat spicy they told me that’s a me problem. After about 15 minutes of going back and fourth they said they would make me a new burrito but I had to pay. Eventually the guy called someone and they agreed to make a different burrito “for free this time”Update, I reached out to the email provided and have not heard back. Obviously customer complaints are not taken seriously.

Don't waste your time here. Was charged for a burrito, watched it be made and then lady at counter tells me I haven't paid for it. After multiple times showing her my receipt and proof of payment she still wanted me to pay again (twice for one product). Be careful of food scams! AVOID THIS PLACE.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order for pick up which stated the food would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived at the location 25 minutes after ordering, and after receiving notification that my food was ready. I arrived at the location to find the employees watching tv on their phones and they had not started the order. We had to wait another 14 minutes for the order to be made. One employee continued to watch TV on her phone while the other employee made our meals at a pace that can only be described as painfully slow. The employees did not apologize or offer any form of compensation when we asked if we could cancel our order.
