They have a lot of workers but no one cleans. The tables were dirty. When I asked if I could have something to clean it with they said they would clean it. Than continued to do other things. Asked again and it felt that to clean was a burden. Sorry, but cleanliness is extremely important, and I feel that was their least interst.

Firehouse Subs is a go-to spot for hearty, delicious subs! The sandwiches are packed with fresh ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. However, we found a hair in the sandwich, went to talk to the staff, she just grabbed it and said: that’s not a hair. And just walked away…. It’s hilarious that we can’t event tell the difference of a hair right in the middle of the sandwich. Not even an apology. Really disappointed

Such an amazing experience honestly. Garima from the minute we came in was so helpful after we said we had never been before. Explained everything so well, so patient and not only brought out the food but took our empty trays as well.

Can’t wait to come back!!!
