accidentally placed an order for pickup to this location instead of the intended location. I immediately realised my mistake and called them right away. I was told it would be refunded and sorted immediately. The next day comes and nothing, contacted them again and got "yeah we'll get to it"
2 days later, still nothing and staff are getting increasingly rude.
My family and i have parked in-front of this Freshii store to go and enjoy a thanksgiving lunch at the Sushi restaurant which is adjacent to the property.
Upon returning to my car, i was appalled to find the Freshii sign under my vehicle, i soon realized the sign has caused damage. It was a rather windy day and the sign blew over and hit my vehicle.
