Ordered 2 build your own bowls. One was missing items. The other had very little protein in it. 3 pieces to be exact. Not exactly good value for the money. What was in the bowl did taste good. Just disappointed.

I ordered a Tex mex bowl. I’ve ordered this a few times and each time the portion is getting less and less especially compared to other locations. Thank goodness for the 2 for 1 deal! Very disappointing.

Had the sesame crunch salad. The flavour was nice. However, I pulled out about 1/2 cup of green lettuce with black edges and transparent yellow lettuce. I'm surprised that a place that makes salads is not on top of the freshness of the lettuce.

Generally I like Freshii as a healthier option for fast food. However after several tries at this particular location, I have yet to get a good meal. I've been puzzled how the same wrap or bowl can be good at one franchise location and consistently bad at another. I think at this location they are cheap with the ingredients. Heavy on lettuce and rice, but skimpy on the good stuff and protein.

I usually don't write reviews for franchises, but I have to say that I loved my experience with who I assume was the owner. The Oaxaca bowl was exceptional (as always) and I actually had such a friendly and engaging conversation with him. I enjoyed my experience so much that I legitimately felt compelled to leave a review. I would absolutely recommend!

Normally I go to the Park Place location, I ordered here because uber had a 50% deal and the PP located wasn’t on Uber. I ordered two buddah sautée bowls. They both had no sauce and were cold and the woman who made the bowls didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in.
Terrible experience never going there again.

ordered a salad from here and it tasted like actual dirt. Also the quantity is pretty low considering you pay $4 for protein and they give you 3 pieces.

This use to be my go-to Freshii in Barrie, but I will no longer step inside this establishment. I live very close to this location, but I will drive to the south end location to purchase from now on - and honestly I avoid Mapleview as the traffic is crazy most days.Friday night my mom and I wait 20 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff that were so busy with Uber orders - they couldn't help people that made the effort to physically visit their store. I have had my orders messed up many times in this store and always let it slide, so after Friday nights visit I knew I will never support that location again. I am so tired of paying $15+ for take out that is not made your specifications, or your waiting forever to severed because Uber and SkipTheDishes orders always come first.Needless to say we walked out and went somewhere else!

Mixed this myself so it looks a bit messy, but it’s missing chickpeas. I also didn’t even notice the falafel, I actually though it was missing but now I can see that it’s all been broken up inside way before I even mixed it - which is why I couldn’t see it.Come on people, can you be consistent? This is why stores like freshii only last inside of a gas station.

This location is hit or miss depending who is working. Be ready to get half a bowl not even filled to where it should be if you are ordering any bowl. The south end location always seems to give normal size portion making it worth going. I’d recommend going there.
