Very very disappointed in the service with 1 employee there. I go to this store everyday. I always got treated very well until yesterday Sunday Sept 22 around 2pm. 3 customers were ahead of me and they ordered smoothies. I ordered the same as I do everyday. This employee was complaining that if she does another smoothie she’s going on break. Wow. Not great customer service especially when we are all there listening to her complain. I’m not sure I will return.

I was served raw, cold chicken with a salad. Upon raising a complaint, I was informed that the steamer was closed. When I requested a refund, I was told that it was not possible. Additionally, the staff was rude, with the girl at the counter repeatedly saying, ‘Shut the door.’ This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

We visited Freshii yesterday evening and the staff onsite (3 ppl) proceeded to ignore us and chatted and laughed amongst themselves for at least 10 minutes. We ended up ordering online. The customer is not always right, but there is a basic respect for your clients. These 3 show exactly what a poor staff member can do to a good restaurant.On a previous visit to this same restaurant, the staff member was sweeping (broom) the industrial rugs. The dust was going everywhere... Including our food and the open food containers behind the counters.Tables are often dirty and have a sticky film.

A super pleasant experience of a veggie Teriyaki Twiist Bowl on BOGO offer and admittedly my best experience with Freshii by a long stretch after other visits gave me bad vibes and memories.A vibrant and fresh Buddha bowl with plentiful portions, fresh and crisp veggies, dope satay and a solid portion of super yummy wholesome ingredients. Totally changed my perception and I'd happily grub here every day when the food is this dope.I actually quite rated this and has totally exceeded my Freshii expectations tbh! Would definitely return and I'd probably go for the same grub for sure.

I like the fact that FAST food doesn't have to be unhealthy, anymore. Establishments such as Freshii have created a 'fast food' scenario with fresh and healthy being their top priority... and the food is delicious.If I'm out and about, and hungry (which is always, lol) and want something that WON'T make me sluggish and give me digestive upset, it's Freshii. I mean, there are a couple of other options now, as well, but Freshii is USUALLY my go-to.They have a set menu with amazing options, allowing you to choose a protein (so perfect for healthy meat eaters AND vegetarians), and there is also a 'create your own' option where you can build a complete original from the ground up, lol. As well, there are smoothies and wraps and Chia puddings to fill you up.I absolutely love Freshii and highly recommend them for anyone looking to eat more healthily ❤️

I’ve been to the Cundles Freshii a few times and really didn’t like the portions or the service. I decided to drive further to see if this location was any better. It was worth the drive! Corey and Elizabeth were welcoming and accommodating. The potions are better and I will definitely make the drive here again. Thank you for making me love Freshii again!
