The best store for Plant Based, Organic foods. Always fresh. They have a hot counter as well and the samosas and pakora are out of this world! Great variety of supplements, cheese alternatives, snacks, bulk nuts, freezer and fresh produce.

I used to love their beef chilli (it’s sold in containers in the freezer) and I always justify the price because it’s organic meat and tasty, but lately I have noticed the beef chilli has maybe 1% beef and the rest vegetables and tomatoes. If I wanted the vegetarian version , I’d get that. I’m not exaggerating when I say there is basically NO beef in the chilli yet I’m paying more for it. Seems like they are trying to cut costs at the expense of loyal customers.

I have a favourite Olive Oil which I have bought at Goodness Me! for a couple of years now. However, since grocery prices have increased, the price of olive oil really went up. The brand of olive oil I buy (Acropolis - 1 Litre) is priced at $44.99 at Goodness Me! and $27.99 at another main grocery store, same size. A $17.00 price difference is way too much!!! I will have to start more price checking on more products sold at Goodness Me! However, I do like the produce and meat at Goodness Me! and shop there at least 2-3 times per week.
