Tonight I ordered this diner for 1B ,,,,, what was supposed to pineapple chicken was not even there , the food taste old and chicken tasted liked fish in the pad Thai ……. service was wonderful but will never return back here again ,

The food is not bad. It's just not Thai. At all. They have Thai names. And they sort of look similar. But they are like good versions of the western microwave Asian foods. I thought of giving them a better rating because the food is well made and they do have decent service, but I just can't imagine who this food is for.

The old lady was so rude. I bought pad thai take out and I ask if there's fork in the bag. I ask for the napkins and fork, the fork she gave me was literally laying on her cashier. I feel so gross out and mistreated in any restaurant just because I ask for the clean ones.
I open the food and see the pad thai was blant, as if they only put ketchup on it. Saw a strand of hair in their sweet and sour chicken. I feel so gross that ended up throwing it. The price is very expensive and for the quality of the food is very poor.
It's my first and my last time going on this place.
Food are dirty, cutleries are really dirty. No hygiene at all.
Save your money and go somewhere else, terrible customer service.
No wonder when I come, they don't have any customers in their restaurant.
Posting the pics but to be honest the pics looks it has good color, but in reality it looks watery sauce.

The pad thai looks and tastes bland, like they added some ketchup or coloring to it. The dish had a hair in it.
The one reason I will never come back to this restaurant is the service. I asked for a spoon and she wanted to give me some spoon that was beside her cash register.... How gross and cheap!! I demanded a clean spoon from the rack, she got upset and said it would be a waste (a plastic spoon) but she took a clean one and threw it on the counter at me rather than handing it to me... I'm sorry, did somebody take a crap on your breakfast? It sure wasn't me so don't take it out on me.

Love this place, a must try... Service was great, dont see what the negative comments come from 🙄 don't take thing the wrong way from different cultures or maybe the customer was a jerk... I highly recommend the restaurant... excellent price... pineapple chicken is amazing...

I brought a friend who'd not been before.
Crispy chicken w pineapple sauce over rice was her choice.
I ordered my favourite crispy ginger beef and two shrimp garden rolls.
Tasty as always.

TERRIBLE customer service. Been ordering from them for years with no complaints until today and was told that even though I've had this dish multiple times before without issue my complaint today was unfounded and they suggest I never order it again. Don't worry I won't. I've been a customer since they opened but time to find somewhere else.
Uninviting atmosphere and terrible, despicable attitude from the elderly woman working at the front. I’m a delivery driver and I’ve come into this place at least 15 times and she is always rude no matter how nice I try to be to her.
This time around pissed me off enough to compel me to write this review to let everyone know how terrible this persons attitude is and how she is not a genuine or nice person.
I simply came to pick up a delivery order and entered the store and waited for her to be available. She barked at me and said picking up?! I responded yes, and told her the name of whom I was picking up for. She snapped back at me and yelled at me in front of patrons complaining that if I’m picking up for Uber to say Uber! I politely advised her that it was her who asked me if I’m picking up and I said yes and apologized that I’m not aware of how she does things at her store but at hundreds of other places usually when they ask if I’m picking up it’s 100 percent a delivery for a customer on the order apps.
But in any case, regardless - you should not be talking to customers like that! And yes I am a customer! Even though I’m doing a delivery, YOUR customer is paying me to pick up what they paid for on their behalf! So if you are rude and are disrespectful giving bad service and negative attitude towards the delivery person you are essentially doing the same towards your customer. Also, what on Earth makes you think anyone who walks into your door is not a customer? This is not how you do business. You need to be held accountable for the actions you take and the way you treat others. Many people will read this and will now know. Although you google review ratings track with what I’m saying anyway. Fix yourself!

Mango chicken... I would not order again. Heavy on baking soda on the chicken (to soften) and on MSG. The server was nice, but I will not go for the food.

Really unhappy with our order tonight. Yes it's Superbowl Sunday but that wasn't a surprise. It took well over an hour for our Uber Eats order to be readied. The driver ended up having to wait there for 15-20 minutes. Once he got it, it was delivered quickly but it was mostly soggy and cold. And for the money we paid for this food, we alwere severely disappointed and I doubt we'll ever order from this place again. FYI, in the Uber Eats app, the Co Co Peanut Chicken doesn't mention the fact that this dish is smothered in mushrooms.

We ordered the Pad Thai and Crispy Ginger Beef and overall we were disappointed. The Pad Thai was lacking flavour and under seasoned, the Crispy Ginger Beef was very thin and you could barely taste any beef at all. The price was high for the quality we received (especially since you have to order the rice separate) and won’t be returning as there better options in Barrie.
