Guac Mexi Grill (Burrito, Burrito Bowl,Taco,Nacho,Quesadilla & Enchilada)

Not busy, worker sitting on her phone while I’m waiting for food. Expects me to wait 30 minutes because I ordered online through Uber Eats pickup. Ask her to make the food now while I’m here and shes on her phone but says I’m not her boss. Apparently she’s the owner of the business. Horrible business practice. Never coming back here. Should be ashamed charging $16 for a tiny takeout quesadilla. With barely anything inside. What a rip. Won’t be back

Absolutely the worst Guac location I have ever been to. Very skimpy on toppings. Every other place in this plaza was lined up out the door except for Guac. Now I know why. We will not be going back

The food is super good because it always is at this chain, just whoever was working clearly wishes they were never employed here. They refused to let us put different ingredients in separate tacos but let the lady right behind us do it. I wanted 2 soft shells and 1 hard shell!!! how am i supposed to live without my mix and match!! oh the humanity!

I’ve always loved Guac Mexi Grill, but this location was a huge letdown. No customer service whatsoever! The guy with the bindi acted like he didn’t want to be there. I tried to ask him questions, and all he did was shake his head.

To make matters worse, they didn’t include utensils in my pickup order. I went back in to ask for a spoon, and he just pointed to the utensils without saying a word. Seriously? Just grab one and go, he said with his actions.

Come on, guys! You run a good franchise; don’t ruin the reputation with poor service. Please train your staff better!

I recently dined at guac and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a special occasion.

Unprofessional Staff

The girl was talking on her phone the entire time I placed my order. Didn’t greet customers, just stood there waiting for us to choose toppings. She messed up my order, didn’t apologize and charged me for the extras she added, which I didn’t ask for.

Went in on my lunch break and they had 1 person working alone, he was busy doing a skip order and this left 3 customers waiting, I waited for about 7 minutes and at this point I left. I love the food here but they definitely need to hire more staff.

My friend and I love the burritos here, we drive about 15 minutes to come here. Today when we went to get burritos we greeted the staff member who was very quiet and hard to understand what he was saying. When we got to the additional toppings, they ran out of guac and when my friend asked if they had any more in the back he said no (whether that’s true or not, weird that a place called guac has no guac). In addition the sauce containers were nearly empty and there weren’t any replacements around so sauce application was minimal.

Food is great but service was lacking today.

Ordered hard taco trio- was told “sorry we have no hard tacos right now- soft wraps is okay? lol
A supposedly Mexican eatery with no hard tacos in stock? Tells me everything I need to know about this place! Won’t waste my time here ever again, what a joke!

The worst GUAC location I’ve visited so far. Unprofessional, dirty, portions not worth the $20 burrito. Employee actually put a small scoop of meat then thought was too much then picked some back… they’ll never see a 1$ from me or family.

The food was good as always flavor wise, but the guy didn't heat up anything. He served it to us cold just on the tray. The counters had old dried on good actoss them and it wasnt super busy to the point they couldnt have been atleast wiped down... We wanted to sit in, but all the tables were covered in garbage and other food remains. The Alcona location is so much better! Would recommend spending the extra couple mins to go down there.
