Best guac in the game!

If I could give this store a zero, I would. Our food arrived COLD. STONE COLD. When I called the store to complain, the manager told me that the order had sat there for AN HOUR before it was picked up by Uber. I asked why they wouldn’t have ensured to sent out fresh, hot food, she said “we’re not paid to remake orders for dissatisfied customers.” Well, Guac Manager on Essa, you have lost my business for good. You could care less about the food you send out. You certainly don’t care about the customer receiving the food. I have given the Uber driver a similar rating. Shame on you both.

Staff need to be properly trained on allergies. Walked in here expecting the service to be the same with other locations. I was wrong. Made it aware to the store employee that I have Celiac disease and there was to be no cross contamination or it would make me really sick. He grabbed a gluten free wrap and threw it directly on the heat press to warm the wrap. No tinfoil used to separate the grill from the wrap. He grabbed a second wrap and tried it again. This time with the tin foil separating the wrap from the warming press. After the wrap was heated he placed it directly on the metal dish that he served the glutinous wraps on…again no tinfoil to separate the wrap from the metal dish. At this point we realized probably best not to continue. We walked out with no intention of returning.

I got a fat veggie/bean burrito and it was delicious. He made it so full that it looked like a little swaddled baby wrapped in a blanket.... Did not skimp. Good portions. The customer service was on point for a Friday night too. Definitely recommend this place. The young gentleman that served me was very courteous!!! The beef burritos were good too ;) thank you for recommending them. Go give this place some business. Best eat option on this plaza by far. From the Yellow Hat Toque Guy.

I've seen carnival stands operate more efficiently. Food is pathetic compared to other locations. The preparation and care doesn't exist

The store is rubbish and the employees are rude. I ordered enchiladas through uber and they send me a cold burrito. When I call them the lady was rude and told me it was mistake and told me she cannot do anything and ask me to contact uber. How are they qualified to work there if they don’t know the difference between enchiladas and burritos. Very frustrated with the service. Never going back to the store again or order anything online.
