So we went to this place on the way going further, we were really hungry and earlier had food from guac mexi another location. Honestly this location service was not good at all. I had to ask the server to please add this, please a little more. Felt like I had to beg for something. Every quantity added whether nachos or topping was so less. My burrito had guac at the end. Like seriously I couldn’t taste it till the end. Preparation was really bad.

Flavourful, fresh and a great size portion make this a winning combination. I have had two chicken bowls - one with lettuce and one with lettuce/rice. Both have been excellent!!! My other half had a burrito turned into an enchilada. He said it was delicious and throughly enjoyed the meal. It's great to have quick, tasty and healthy options available. We will be back for sure!

The food was fantastic and tasty. Everything I had was homemade Mexican. The salsa and chips were crunchy, and salsa was homemade. The tacos were great, especially the baracoa, spicy but not overpowering. The gentleman who served my friend and I was friendly and pleasant. My friend and I will be returning for sure. It was the best Mexican food ever. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Staff was great, it was clean, and the food is so good you will eat everything on the plate. I've been raving about this place to family and friends.

Was not impressed unfortunately. Staff was miserable, got my order wrong twice. She hardly put any meat so it was almost a meatless burrito! Disappointed and will not return.

Delicious food! I have eaten at so many different restaurants in Barrie. They get one chance to impress me, and to be honest 75% of the restaurants are no good. I was very impressed with Guac. I've been to all the Mexican restaurants in Barrie and I now think this is my favorite. Their hot salsa is fantastic, the loaded potatoes are super good, and everything is fresh. I will be coming here for tacos for the foreseeable future.

Typical corporate place that has employees who don’t care, the hot food trays were congealed (6:45pm) and after asking to have it stay in the press “ numerous times “ it was still cold. 1 Steak Burrito w “Guacamole”…. For $2 more was $19.. There are many Mom \u0026 Pop places in the same area that are 10000% better.

I come here all the time for taco Tuesday, and every time I order anything from here the quality is great, and very consistent. Other Mexican style restaurants that I’ve went to in Barrie don’t compare.
Terrible customer service by the owner himself. Food was stale. The quantity was not enough. Didn’t use the good quality nachos, they were very cheap quality. Most importantly the owner is not respectful towards the employees and the customers.

nothing is homemade. spent $40 for 2 people and we will be hungry. chips are store bought, salsa is made in a blender, got gauc as a dish, looks like a side. hardly any chicken. cheese is from a bag. tacos are store bought. go next door at food basic and make your own for 1/2 the price. disgraceful.

I recieved the wrong order through skip the dishes and I called the restaurant where they were able to provide me amazing customer service and remade my meal for me for free. The manager personally reached out to me and was very apologetic. Thank you for your amazing customer service and I appreciate what you did for me! :)

This chain is gluten-free friendly. Their chicken burrito bowls are tasty. Their tacos made me sick. I’d never eat their beef products again.

Updated Review: I frequent this location and for the first time tonight went for the taco Tuesday. The female workers who I’ve never been served by ( it is usually younger men and an uncle) were very rude, I asked for an extra sauce and was told you can’t get that it’s only 3 toppings, I said can I not pay extra and she said yeah I guess you can do that. Normally at burrito/taco restraints if you want extra toppings they’ll inform you as you order them it’ll be an extra charge, not telling you straight of you cannot get more and having to ask to pay more. Bad experience tonight. Definitely will not be coming in if I walk by and the female staff is there. Very rude and did not portion my tacos well. They were two bites each. Tried burrito and taco, meat was fresh tasting and veggies were super fresh! Have been back a few times and am always leaving smiling, customer service is awesome too!
