We had such a wonderful experience at Hakka Zone Barrie! We ordered the mango salad, fish, and noodles — every single dish was absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared exactly as requested. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and you could really tell the food was thoughtfully curated with care.
On top of the amazing food, the customer service was equally outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and made sure we felt well taken care of throughout our meal. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both incredible taste and genuine hospitality, but Hakka Zone truly does.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience in Barrie!

Went to the location on bryne drive and it was FANTASTIC, had the chicken spring rolls, deluxe Hakka noodle and chicken Momo dumplings fried with chili sauce and I will definitely be coming back and trying new things and having the same things again too! Service was great and it was quiet in there at lunch. Food was very fast as well. I'll be thinking about this food for a while, it was that good! Our bill was also under $50 for everything which was a great price

I don't usually write bad reviews. Been coming here for 3 years but today an absolute horrible experience. Bought fried rice and within the hour it started it was completely spoiled and smelt horrible. When we picked up the order the food in the bag was poorly packed and leaking heavily. Please fix up, this was our go to but will be looking for somewhere else.

If you’re a fan of Indian-style Hakka Chinese, you’ll love this place. The food quantity is generous, and the taste isn’t overpowering. The flavors are well-balanced. The service could be improved, but the staff still greets you with a smile.
The prices are reasonable considering the current restaurant trends. There’s enough seating, but it can get busy, so you might have to wait. The restaurant is located in a plaza, so there’s plenty of free parking.
