Just stopped by this location, welcomed by smiling faces. Which warmed our hearts from the start. The food was excellent , staff is really friendly. Great service .Even the boss came round to ask if everything was ok. I would give it a 10 star if I could. . Thank you so much.

The food wasn't any better than what you would get from the frozen food section of your grocery store, in fact, it wasn't as good as what the grocery store has in their frozen food section. As well, because the owners do not consume alcohol, then neither can their customers, which was disappointing. The service from our waitress was good though.

We go to the one in alliston and Love it.
I can't eat greasy foods and the fish and chips are not, the Cole slaw is fresh

Good but expensive

The rating is based on the Kawartha ice cream itself, not the restaurant. The staff was amazing and attentive, but my complaint is about the portion size. Typically, one scoop from this franchise is generous, but here, they only gave two small scoops that barely filled the cone’s base, making it feel like I was mostly eating the waffle cone instead of ice cream. Please I hope you read this and DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU INTEND TO EAT ICE CREAM ONLY!!!

So I previously left a bad review but decided to try again. I am so glad I did. It was DELICIOUS! Fish was perfectly breaded and fries were so fresh.
The sweet lady that took my order and prepared it was amazing. She was super cheerful and helpful.

I will def be back.
