Quite good coffee.
But impatient staff and no reply to email inquiry.

Best coffee and tea I have come across in Simcoe County. Great knowledge of tea and coffee.
Amazing roasters, they make good recommendations!
Their tea selection is great too.

I love Hamley's it the best place to get coffee beans in the whole city. Every time I'm here I get the best service and amazing coffee beans. More people should here and support this great business.

Dude working there was cool, place smelled nice, and the tea was perfect.
First time here was happy with selection and service
Best coffee beans north of Toronto, awesome people run this place. The inside smells like heaven. Always great chats, too! Only wish they were open later

Excellent selection and great customer service. They have the best earl grey and decaf earl grey in Barrie. And prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended
Great selection of roasted coffees from around the world.
Love the specialty coffees they have. The associates are all professional and polite. There are numbers of different flavoured coffees and teas there, which makes it hard to decide what you really want. I have not shopped from anywhere else since I have tried their coffees.

The staff was very helpful and she knew what she was doing. This is probably the best roaster in town in terms of them knowing what they're doing and providing a good service (including samples for coffee cupping). The other, larger, roaster who competes with Hamley's had a terrible service, they didn't know when the date of roasting, nor did they provide whole bean samples for coffee cupping (note: I mean samples that are paid for, not even free). Some suggestions:- Print more details about the coffee (e.g. Varieties of single origins, altitude, notes, etc...)- Add the roasting date to the label- Provide more variety of light roasts
I love this place. I am a tea drinker and always find what I want and need there and sometimes a really nice coffee for my husband.
